Es la primera vez en 30 años viajando que me cobran una toalla y a precios de Suiza. Lastima porque el hotel sinceramente es muy comodo, bien renovado y decorado pero finalmente la Gerente del hotel tomo una decision que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera amarga. Erroneamente sin saber que no se permitia, sacamos una toalla para bañarnos en una cascada. Al regresar preguntamos si nos la podian cambiar porque venia sucia y nos dijeron que si no salian las manchas nos cobrarian el coste del lavado y de una toalla nueva…resultado, colonlas manchas no salieron del todo, nos facturaron 580 pesos (30 euros, 45 dolares!!! Increible incluso el precio..mi pregunta es …y si la toalla se hubiera manchado en la habitacion? Ahora tambien debemos tener cuidado del nivel de manchas de las toallas en las visitas a los hoteles? En fin sin comentarios pero despues de la bronca lo logico hubiera sido tomar la decision de dejar pasar el tema y no cobrarla..es decir gente con pocas miras a largo plazo porque un mal comentario de este tipo hoy en dia puede hacer daño a largo plazo
