A fantastic stay everytime. The beds are the best I have ever slept in. A lifesaver while travelling for work, always get an incredible night's sleep. Excellent staff, super clean and very tasteful decor. Highly recommended.

Modern spotless motel with huge front lawn close to the Penguin viewing and the old town. Can’t say enough to praise this motel. The room was huge with patio doors opening up to the lawn. The room was beautifully kited out with a great bathroom We chose a breakfast option and a huge spread was delivered to us the evening before. I can not recommend this motel highly enough.

Visited Oamaru to visit my family who booked the accommodation for us. We was not disappointed as the suites was excellent the owners and staff was really friendly. We had a great time the most chilled holiday I have ever had. Many thanks for an excellent holiday I would definitely book these suites again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mariner Suites. Our second floor Prestige Suite was exceeding spacious and comfortable. The king size bed came with pristine sheets and pillows. This hotel is clean and modern with fresh carpeting. The owners were very generous with helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in town and sightseeing in the region. Our suite came with a well appointed kitchenette and spacious bathroom. The nightly rental rate is very reasonable for a modern accommodation of this standard.

Loved our stay here in gorgeous Oamaru. The location of MS is excellent, the beds were super comfortable and the room is modern, spacious and really cosy. Has everything you need. Parking was excellent too. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Oamaru.

Our final night following completion of Alps to Ocean it was a luxurious way to end a fabulous week in NZ. Debbie and co also were quick to help out when I lost my bag hours before needing to leave. And her mum dropped us to the bus. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Fantastic hotel great accommodation and extremely friendly staff nothing was too much trouble for them Very close to the marina and Victorian area Short walk from the town centre great bars and places to eat Close to the Blue Pinguin Colony recommend seeing this Definitely the place to stay

A terrific place to stay in a great location immediately adjacent to the Victorian precinct and close to the harbour. Beautifully designed rooms with very nice fixtures and fittings. Quiet too, unlike many of the motels in Thames Highway. Highly recommended

Despite the wet weather we received a warm welcome at Mariner Suites in Oamaru, NZ. The units are very spacious and well appointed. The hosts Ross and Debbie greeted us and farewelled us, making our stay seem like a visit with friends! The complex is close to Oamaru’s heritage area and if you are lucky you might catch the penguins coming ashore nearby. Thoroughly recommend this up to date special place.
