No issues everything was good

This location was veryClean, and staff were pleasant. Within reasonable walking distance to downtown area and waterfront.

The hotel is so nice and clean and their service is so good.We booked jacuzi room and this is the best stay ever.We enjoyed a lot and jacuzi is the best part in this room.The tub is nice and clean and the water temperature is also good and perfect. We love to go their again.

Every floor had a bad smell The elevator didn't work properly. The pool in the room didn't work The safe didn't work even after I asked for it on the second day They promised to repair it but nothing was changed It was far too loud because of the connection to the street But the worst thing was the staff in the kitchen I was told that if I rusted the bread roll and the toaster set off an alarm, I would have to pay an incredible amount. Despite my apology, the service there insulted me. Never again
