Hade a couple of issues but hotel made it right and took care of the issues.

I had a “ not so good - I won’t be back” stay. Housekeeping came into my room unannounced and wasn’t able to understand English. I was locked out of my room twice w/ a key. Hotel was very accommodating to ensuring that my stay as a guest was taken care of. Refrigerator/ Freezer leaked on the floor my entire stay. Sofa was dirty. Remote control was dirtier. Guest in room next door blasted loud music for 2 nights. I’ll never be back.

Awful service. Only gave us one key card for a family of four (including 2 teens). Cards are needed to access elevator and we were on the 10th floor. They gave me a second after I begged but that was it. Very disruptive to our vacation time. If they can’t figure keys out, I don’t have any confidence in the rest of their management. Never again.

Staff was amazing! Views were breathtaking from balcony.
Room was a bit dated. Stove didn’t work, toilet had to get fixed. Staff was super responsive.

This hotel is in the intracoastal waterway and is all suites so that is nice. However, the road it is on is very noisy, so that is a negative if you are on the road side. Water taxi stops here
