From the moment my UBER dropped me off and the nice young man at the front entrance welcomed me and closed my car door it was perfect. Smooth check in helpful concierge and a spotless beautiful room and bathroom with a lovely view. Resort like amenities for my partner to enjoy today. Awesome and unrivaled in the SF Bay Area.

The hotel smelled like rotten fish for half our stay. It seemed the smelled was coming from the carpet. The HVAC in our room stopped working and when the engineer came to fix it, he mentioned that the hotel is old so we should just open the window. The spa was dated and and very cold rooms, it was hard to enjoy a massage. They didn’t not have their own amenities so we were asked to use “the club”. Which was overcrowded, dirty with hair on the floor of the showers. I was very disappointed especially paying $300 for treatment. I will not be coming back.

Such a beautiful hotel and service was extraordinary. We had a small issue with the room and they were there with minutes to fix it. We look forward to staying there again!
