Convenient location near amenities, airport, and restaurants. Guests appreciate complimentary delicious breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms. Some guests find cramped, old rooms with small beds and thin mattresses uncomfortable.

The property itself is nice and with updated furnishings. Staff was courteous and professional. I am, however, very disappointed with the online booking as I expected a room with a separate seating area as pictured online. My room was an ordinary room with double beds and there was not even a bedside chair. I had paid more for this “club” room. I asked the front desk to at least provide me with another chair as my room mate and I did not want to only have the option of sitting on the beds. We never received the chair. Unfortunately, there was no electronic memory to confirm what type of room was reserved (was this an intentional bait and switch?). To make matters worse, at checkout the breakfast, which was supposed to be included, was billed to the room. Again, no electronic memory to support the fact that breakfast was supposed to be included.
