Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.

Several of our friends have traveled from the United States to the United States. First of all, the location of this hotel is not bad. Then it is convenient to stop at the hotel. The location is good. We found it very quickly. Thanks to Ctrip for assistance.

The price is very high, the surrounding environment is good, the room is big enough. The facilities in the various rooms are very good, the reception staff is also very enthusiastic, a little farther away from the city, traffic is more convenient when driving.

Love the decor of the hotel, very modern. It's like a warm home. There are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, so it's very convenient to travel

I had the WORST experience at Staybridge Suites today (3/17/23) via Ray Lakes. Prior to arrival, my friends and I booked two (1 queen, 2 double bedroom) suites. We received a call saying that due to renovation, those rooms were not available. Instead, they offered us 2 king suites. When we arrived, it took 20min to check us in because they couldn't find the reservation. When we got to the rooms, 1 of the rooms was a regular queen room and the other was a king suite. The king suite was dirty. It had not been cleaned from whomever was there before. There was a big garbage bag full of trash in the room and the bed was unmade. When we went downstairs to tell the front desk, Ray Lakes told us that the housekeeper told him that the room was clean and that no other worker would have approved or agreed to give us 2 king suites because they aren't on the same floor. When we shared that that was the information we received when Staybridge called us back, he preceeded to try and convince us that the reservation on file was the one we made initially. We told him that the person must have entered it in incorrectly and that we had no reason to lie. From there, we were talking to each other about our experience when Ray asked my friend to stop talking about it because there were 2 other guests next to us and he didn't want their experience to be ruined. From there, my friend explained that we were having a private conversation about our experience and how his expectation was unreasonable. We eventually asked his name and when my friend wrote his name down, he told us that we should find another place to go for our sake, such as Holiday Inn and Residence Inn because he could see a domino effect happening. Another manager, Scott, was so kind and apologized for our experience. When I was sharing with him our experience, Ray Lakes told him to go do something else. I have NEVER seen this happen EVER. Ray Lakes was so rude and disrespectful!

My 2 friends and I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Oak Park. We wanted a suite with a living area with a sofa bed separate from the bed room. Unfortunately when I pulled out the sofa bed for the first night, I realized the mattress wasn't very comfortable. We were tired and I decided to deal with it. I received a text Saturday morning inquiring about our stay. I texted back that the mattress was not very comfortable on the sofa bed and asked if it could be replaced. I quickly received a text back that said unfortunately they didn't have any new mattresses, but would bring me a second mattress to put on top of the first one. That made the bed much more comfortable the 2nd night. While this hotel needs new sofa bed mattresses, they responded to me quickly and honestly and did what they could to improve the situation. The price we paid for 3 people for 2 nights was very reasonable. There was a hot breakfast both mornings that met our needs. We had dinner on Friday night at the attached Uno Pizzeria. The food was very good and the waiter couldn't have been nicer. We had enough food left over for dinner Saturday night after a late lunch. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. All of us were pleased with our accommodations and would return.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The front desk was very helpful, we meant, everyone who stands there were nice and friendly!

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We had reservations in a nearby restaurant and wanted to be close. Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Quiet and mostly clean. There was a bit of dried up food on the TV stand that I wiped down myself. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating but came off a bit “cold” as if helping me was a chore. The Starbucks lady(staff) was overwhelmed. She was the only person taking orders and ringing up customers. I wish that everyone can simply be kind and cordial or choose not to work in customer service.

Best Customer Service right from check in. Masks were required in all public areas. Easy. Efficient. Friendly. Immaculate, the staff was always working. Excellent accommodations for a family of 5. Beds were comfortable, pillows were just right. 2 Tv's with lots of channel options. So clean! Pool and hot tub were being tested for chlorine levels by the pool attendant who was very diligent in getting levels accurate . Pristine. Breakfast had abundant choices, especially during Covid. Lots of hot items, lots of grab and go items. Close to family restaurants, attractions and shops. It will always be our first choice in the Lombard area.
