A beautiful and newly renovated hotel with a beautiful garden, spa facilities and its own beach. The common areas are bright and spacious. The rooms are of a high standard. There are several restaurants - both outside and inside. Large breakfast buffet. Good service.

Would return, great hotel!
Excellent facilities, staff were very knowledgable and friendly. The level of cleanliness in this place is remarkable. You'll have no trouble finding your way around and parking is extremely convenient.

We visited this hotel during the Easter break. The facilities are very good: clean, modern, cozy. The spa is very nice: it features 3 different internal pools (one for little kids, another one for kids, and a big one for adults), and external pools, with all the typical water jets. The outdoor pool zone has a nice green lawn, and there also are two nice saunas. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. The big disappointment has been the food. We initially had half board, but we decided to go breakfast-only after our first day of stay. The buffet was very basic, and there was very little choice of meat and fish. Even during the breakfast we experienced shortages of basic stuff (croissants!) which were not promptly refilled by the staff. What's worse: we had breakfast at 10:00, and 3 days out of 4 we could eat no churros since... we were told they were finished. I'm afraid I just don't understand how a hotel can offer something such as this and not refill. It's definitely better, in my humble opinion, not to offer it at all instead of disappointing paying customers who have breakfast perfectly on time, as everybody else. I'm afraid that Eurostars has not lived up to its standards in this occasion.

As far as I know this hotel is rated as four stars, but it could have more. Everything is sleek, modern and very clean. The room I was given was big and comfortable, and it had beautiful views too. Beds were exceptional. There´s also a huge thermal area, you have to book an hour, it seems to be overcrowded always, specially at mid-afternoons, I guess one should ask first when is the best hour. The facilities are very good: huge, at good temperature... and a lot of jets, plus sauna and Turkish bath. There´s also heated swimming-pools outside with the usual things: jacuzzi, jets and so on, and a fantastic non-heated swimming-pool with an independent access. Breakfast was also outstanding, much better than in many five stars hotels. Staff was great: attentive, nice, professional. All in all, except a few really minor details -the access to the garage isn´t ideal, for instance-, this hotel is really outstanding, ideal if you are looking for a break in an area that is also very nice, with a beautiful scenery and full of many points of interest.

Buen lugar de paseo y diversión tiene burros para disfrute de los niños como un paseo por sitios q se reservan sorpresas. Animales en talla de madera y una aldea Hobbit para disfrute de los niños. Para pasar un día feliz en familia.
