It's closer to town than Unazuki Onsen and the day-trip hot springs are available until 8pm, so there's a constant stream of customers who seem to be locals taking a day trip to bathe before dinner, making it difficult to relax. It was a little confusing to see the locals taking up space, just like at a public bath. It was a shame, as the reviews were good. The hot springs were good, the food was delicious, and although the building is old, it was well-cleaned and the staff were very friendly, but it's a shame that the overall impression was negatively affected by the impression of the baths.
