Very welcoming and friendly staff at this hotel which is almost at the border of the lake. unfortunately the hotel had no outside area, not even for breakfast. Room was very clean and quiet but the design was very very dated. Breakfast was okay but wish there would've been at least a lake view and not just some shut curtains. Price was high as it's normal in this area. Unfortunately the charge an additional person in the same room was very high (CHF 40.-). Unfortunately it's a matter of luck if you get lake view....

Do not book the "junior suite room" (n°45) if you want to sleep 4 people, as indicated in the description. The bedding for the extra bed is absolutely mediocre: it is an old sofa that serves as a bed. Mattress only 3 to 4 cm thick, which makes the hollow in the center. Very uncomfortable metal bed base which creaks as soon as you turn around in the bed and you feel all the bars, very hard under the shoulders for example... In short, flee for this room! The rest of the family, staying in a room for 2 and for 3, were delighted with the bedding. Breakfast very good. Welcoming staff.

Hotel well located on the lakefront but you clearly pay for the view. In terms of service, you wouldn't feel like you were in a 4-star hotel. Slightly dated room with slightly dated furniture and television. The bathroom is rather modern. The small balcony is still very pleasant. Average breakfast. The staff however are very friendly and helpful.

Not worthy of its stars. Uncomfortable bedding. Air conditioning that makes a huge noise every 30 minutes. Impossible to sleep. Balcony which is not one (2m2). Too bad because the location is ideal.

My daughter wanted to book me a getaway to Nyon for my birthday and made a reservation through booking for a Junior Suite that should have capacity for three adults, the suite had a very uncomfortable double bed and literally a mattress on the floor. My daughter had to sleep on a small sofa. The bathroom was very old, the pipes made a lot of noise when showering. For this joke we paid almost 400 chf for one night. In the room there was a fairly large spider and many mosquitoes.

Nice hotel by the lake, welcoming and very helpful staff…excellent breakfast which would have been even better if it were possible to enjoy it on an outdoor terrace facing the lake….our room did not overlook the lake but that remains a pretty clean room with modern furniture and a very nice bathroom…unfortunately and following an electrical incident, we found ourselves in another room with a view that was long to be pleasant…the French window was almost cut to the the entrance to the car park opposite…a small commercial gesture would have been nice.

A very nice hotel. We had a room with a lake view and a balcony. Sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening through the side window. Wonderful. The room was large, nicely furnished and very clean. Very friendly and accommodating hostess. nice breakfast buffet
