從來都沒遇過這麼差的從前台服務員到酒店衞生都差的要命 我們剛住進去馬桶上的屎還沒清理乾淨 叫他們過來清理還以為會用馬桶刷刷乾淨沒想到他們直接用毛巾擦,床也硬的不行一覺醒來感覺床裏的彈簧都要印在背上了要是想洗澡就更別來了花灑的水比洗漱台的水還要少，無語的是下單的時候上面寫的是下午2:00之前退房，結果他們11:00就趕我們退房還説他們一直以來都是這樣的，更更更無語的是當時出來我們自各兒人聊酒店衞生的時候他們工作人員就開始出來罵我們 明明清理馬桶裏屎的人是她她還説哪裡不乾淨了哪裡有屎 呃…………總之總結一點前台服務態度,衞生,舒適度都是差 白白浪費500多塊錢，黑心商家避雷

雖然是民宿，真的很不錯，該有的都有。可以洗衣服、熱水供應、停車也方便，車位充足。房間乾淨整潔。前台妹子人很好，老闆人也很好。打電話問路都很耐心的講解。最關鍵是、其實4月份魯朗的夜晚很冷，客棧的床和被子很暖和、柔軟。這真是旅途中不錯的選擇呢。

房間乾淨衞生，老闆娘人非常好，告訴我們要怎麼玩。就是淡季人很少，我們去的那天就我們一家。所以老闆娘不是一直在前台。但留有電話可以聯繫。
