房間設施：很温馨 地暖很舒服房間設施設備也很齊全很棒早餐：早餐品種豐富多樣服務人員也很熱情周到餐廳：裝飾是藏族風格很別具一格很有特色，衞生很乾凈服務人員也很專業，很熱情的介紹了附近的遊玩地景點衞生：酒店很大但是衞生很乾凈整潔綠植很豐富好多花花草草很適合拍照打卡。

前台小夥子服務很好很熱情，因為房間地暖一直沒温度很冷前台叫後勤來處理但是説話很沖，一晚上都很冷所以投訴了酒店，第二天經理也打電話來道歉了，但是訂單上顯示的歡迎水果沒有，藏式小禮品沒有.洗漱間衞生太差.

來這邊出差住這裏的，因為想看對面的雪山和湖，給升級了房型，房間裏有製氧機和加濕器，但是需要給工作人員説，然後再送到房間，從房間可以直接看到對面的貢布拉贊和加拉白壘兩座雪山，他們的早餐，種類很多，中式西式都有，很不錯

房間是夠大，周邊環境幽雅，雖然是淡季，魯朗國際小鎮裏還是有幾家餐館營業。早餐還行，天氣太冷，就是盛食物的盤子太冰了，建議5星的標準能夠把盤子用具加熱。 酒店標註有供氧設備，但服務員説設備壞了，幸好帶了6個小氧氣罐，頭痛難忍，一晚沒睡好
