2周西藏行唯一踩雷的酒店。主要問題有2點: 其一，晚上大概9-10點間，突然服務員帶着一個陌生男士直接看門進入房間，發現不對後迅速退出。後問明原因，住在隔壁男士沒帶房卡，又記錯房號，要求服務員打開房門。服務員在沒有核實的情況下直接開門。我相信酒店肯定不是故意的，而且酒店也提出免除當晚房費作為補償。我並未接受免除房費，畢竟酒店我已經住了，而且我希望能夠通過攜程評價平台給後續遊客提供一些真實的反饋。也希望酒店能夠加強員工培訓。畢竟晚上準備入睡時突然兩個大漢闖入，不是什麼美好回憶。 其二，酒店房間有個玻璃頂，又用類似毛氈的東西全部擋起來。如圖片1所示。不知道這個玻璃頂有什麼用。晚上下雨，雨水打在玻璃頂上聲音巨大，凌晨5點一家三口全部吵醒，無法入睡，直到天亮起床。 另外圖片2是窗口望出去的情況，工地，垃圾和對面酒店。

酒店位於魯朗高山牧場附近，鎮上風景很好，酒店早餐豐富可口，房間整潔舒適，員工服務也很熱情周到，整體非常滿意！有機會還會選擇這裏，推薦！

前台辦理入住的小姐姐非常熱情，還主動給升級房間，房間設施也不錯，早餐也可以，小建議早餐可以多些不辣的菜。借用酒店的宣傳圖，實際更好
