1.選擇酒店時撥打該酒店電話詢問退房時間，得知可延遲至13:30退房，選擇入住
2.入住時再次詢問前台退房時間，得到答覆13:30退。入住後第二天12:30就來催退房，告知已協商延遲退房後依舊不被允許，要求一點前就走。因沒收拾沒洗漱無法馬上離店又電話協商，語氣態度很不好，花錢住個房還要吃冷臉。
3.網速差，40G的遊戲下了三四個小時。中途詢問能否讓後台下，一臉不情願。
4.房間煙霧很重、氣味很刺鼻必須開窗通風，開了20分鐘房間內至少有8個蒼蠅。詢問前台有無電蚊拍回覆的答案是這上哪找去，開空調，最後花了大半個晚上趕蒼蠅。廁所更嚴重味道更大。
5.總結想去電競酒店別來這家真的差，我住過那麼多家電競酒店這家讓我第一次差評
