The service overall was outstanding, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The property itself is beautiful, featuring a lovely swimming pool and dining area that our family enjoyed. The spacious and charming rooms perfectly blend the heritage of Bagan with modern comforts, offering a unique and relaxing stay. The spa was also great!! The hotel is very beautiful, the environment is very good, the room is exaggerated, located in the pagoda, you can enjoy the pagoda while eating breakfast. Unfortunately, the service is really hard to say. I don't know why this address is set very strange. We arrived at the hotel at four o'clock in the morning and dragged the suitcase darkly. Then after arriving at the destination, I went to the front desk to try and ask the front desk. The front desk said that the order could not be found. We were not notified of the order until 8:30 am to be able to check in. Next, we were going to rent an E bike, and the front desk did not inform us in advance that the rental time was only eight hours, otherwise there would be a renewal fee. The overall service level does not match the hotel price.

The location was very good, they rented ebikes for you, the temples were close and had a lot of restaurants near by. The rooms and shared bathroom were kept clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was some toasts, fruit and tea/coffee. Good price for backpackers.
