The hotel is ok for folks passing through town. It has the feel of a B&B but the service of a hotel. Staff was friendly. The room was clean but dimly lit. The bedding had some stains and was a bit tattered. The temp got pretty cold at night but that is just a warning to anyone traveling in Nuwara Eliya and not a reflection on the hotel. I saw some of the other rooms they had and those were much better. We stayed in the Rose room, which they said was the delux room, but the other rooms looked much nicer. Breakfast was nice. This is a no frills hotel. Not luxury but still pretty good.

The best hotel for breakfast on this trip, full english. Jetwing’s small villa has only three rooms, a housekeeper, the room is very large, it also has heating, it is very english style, you can go to the jetwing hotel for dinner, walk 5-10 minutes, 10 minutes away from the pink post office, 30 minutes away from the tea factory taxi.

I was staying at a B&B in the countryside. It was a very European-style house. I was afraid that the single room would not have an independent bathroom, so I booked a room on the second floor with a bathroom with a bathtub. The toilet is relatively simple. The house is mostly made of wood, so the sound insulation is not very good. Because of the sloping roof, sleeping on the top of your head is quite depressing. The room is small, it is cold at night, the heater can not be turned on for a long time, it will automatically trip, but the service is good, old-style British service, breakfast is simple but very regular, afternoon tea is a try, after all, it is the most authentic British. The service at the hotel is very good. The hotel staff prepared gingerbread and tea for us when we arrived. The owner and clerk are very friendly, the hotel environment is very good, and there is a small garden. The only downside is the difference between Tea bush hotel and Tea bush house. In fact, this hotel is Tea bush house, the location is rather partial, so you must pay attention to the location when you go. Most of the pictures on Ctrip are from Tea bush hotel, which is different from Tea bush house.
