Nice Hotel with great service. We stayed here for 2 nights, it's easy to reach the city, natural... Recommended to stay

The location is good, within walking distance of the attractions, but too close to the mosque and too noisy to rest

We had a really great stay at the Jetwing Xavier's Cottage and the Butler Umeshan was extremely helpful and caring and great food at St. Andrews. Highly recommend.

Cottages at jetting is very nice cozy cottage, has wonderful one night stay enroute to our Nuwara eliya to Ella journey. Place very closer to the road and restaurants for a quick meal/snack bites.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Umeshan our butler took very good care of us. His attentiveness, professionalism and friendly approach made our stay simply amazing. The cottage is an English Bunglow but very well furnished for a holiday or for work. We booked a suite and a deluxe room; both were super comfortable and the toilets were impeccably clean. I really liked the coffee and the tea in my suite very good quality. Also one of the highlights is the food it was consistently super good and high Quality. My waiter Namal and Mangala were absolutely amazing. They were fantastic makes the hotel a true 5 star + hotel. Mr Dilip the GM is doing an amazing job here. I always feel so welcomed and a valued customer, This brand of hotels is no doubt one the best in Sri Lanka.

I have had a very unpleasant experience booking this hotel. This week initially I booked four nights. I then decided to increase my stay to six nights. So what did the hotel and Agoda do? They dropped me from my original request of a suite to a lesser standard room with two single beds. And now have put my original choice back "on the market". An email requesting them to honour my original choice has gone unanswered. With nearly a quarter of a century in the 5 star hotel industry here in Australia, I find this anything but welcoming to a prospective guest. Bad start to a hotel stay.

Nice stay.. Old-fashioned bungalow fixed with modern amenities... They have a well-kept garden.. It has two suites and one delixe room.. We had one suite and a deluxe room booked.. Butler was really helpful.. Breakfast offered at St. Andrews.

Jetwing chain has once again proved their best. Perfect peaceful stay in the middle of the busy town. Place is neat aesthetic and classic .. Loved the garden maintenance.. Staff is welcoming and have ensured our comfort zone at our own pace..

It was a homely house which warmed us well. I fancy it's a colonial house reminiscenced victorian era stood test of time, fashioned and furnished in accordance with Jetwing standards. We were weary after a long distance travel, and at the first sight we were relieved. I enjoyed sipping a coffee watching Renoir paintings hung in the walls at dining room. Amongst them all, I love piano the most, which stood upright at a corner in the parlour. I suppose it needs some tunning. I am grateful to Kapildev for ushering and support given. He is a smart, humble and a clever steward. Thank you Jetwing.

Had a fantastic experience during our stay. The room was clean and cozy, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. Great location, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others!

Our recent stay at Jetwing St. Andrew’s in Nuwara Eliya was truly delightful. One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable service provided by the butler assigned to us. The food is served either at the cottage or Jetwing St Andrews a short walk away, we were lucky enough to be served with an international buffet for the season. Highly recommend.

It was nice stay here in Xavier resort Kapil care taker took care of us . I would highly recommend to enjoy the stay here . Thanks Kapil and Xavier cottage for everything during our stay. Thanks Sri Lanka what a nice place in Asia to enjoy. Nuwara ela is nice place to chill out .

In Xavier’s cottage Mr.kapila gives us good service.The cottage was clean and very nice.Food served in Jetwing st. Andrew’s hotel and we have to travel there and it was very tasty and have lots of varieties.Highly recommended Xavier’s cottage ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The cottage is a very convenient place to stay if you are in Nuwara Eliya for a short time and looking for a location close to the town. Many places are within walking distance but it also makes it a little noisy particularly towards evening and sometimes early morning. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a separate seating area and a TV. There was hot water and a heater in the room as well. You can make your own cup of tea or ask Kapil to make you some. He is very obliging and always ready to help. We had our meals at St Andrew's Hotel which is a short walk or drive away. You can order your food to the Cottage but you will miss out on the wider choice available at the buffet! It is a lovely location if you are in a group. However it can be a little disturbing if there are other people staying there as well.
