Altgough the bad weather - we really enjoyed our stay here at the Bellwood Manor. The staff was wonderful and the Food was super delicious. Try the Cappuccino for breakfast….like in itlaly. The private spa was also wonderful. We would def. Come back

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. It is very clean and luxurious, in the old royal style. It includes a beautiful garden, a spa with a hot bath, and much more. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves luxury.

Lovely hotel and amazingly friendly staff. Really cosy place with a snooker pool and a lovely spa. I had a massage which was great too. The weather was not great mid July unfortunately but we used the place to drive around. Ella was much warmer and we did a day trip there. The best part of the hotel was the staff that made the difference and fab breakfast

This was one of our favourite hotels in Sri Lanka. While the weather was wet and wild the Bellwood Manor was excellent all round. Amazing accommodation, the rooms were well done and every detail was thought about. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooms were kitted out with bottled water, complimentary soft drinks in the fridge and a proper French press coffee in the rooms. House keeping paid a lot of attention to detail and it was enjoyable to come back to the room. We had the 6 course dinner the first night we arrived and we were so glad we did. The food was outstanding and we think it was our best meal in Sri Lanka. Every course was well thought out and tasty. He was also able to accommodate my gluten and dairy free diet which made me feel like I was included especially dessert. Finally with such bad weather we spent an enjoyable hour in the hot tub, sauna and steam room area. It was such a great detail to have especially in the colder weather. A fantastic hotel and we would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The entire Bellwood Manor is immaculately maintained. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The spa facility is amazing and the rooms are a nice size and very clean. The food was very nice and prepared with exceptional care and pride.
