The most amazing stay. Our children said they wanted to live there forever. My son also gave the food 4 trillion stars. Selvarage even let my children help fix the block pathing with him. No request was too big. Special place.

If you book with Trio you get the worst room in the hotel. That's how we were greeted and that's how it turned out. Super loud and very, very small. A room right next to the reception. The service was very inattentive every day. We had to order or remember things several times. The food was not good and far too expensive. The whole hotel is not worth the price. Not recommended!

This place has amazing views, the air is crisp and clean, it’s very quite, great location and very comfy. It has a lovely colonial charm but doesn’t feel too old fashioned. Everything is tastefully decorated - well done. The garden is amazing, the pool of course as well. The food was simply excellent and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure !

Amazing boutique hotel away from the busy city centre. It was cosy and comfortable and the service was exceptional! We were fortunate enough to have warm and sunny weather and enjoyed the stunning panoramic views! The food was fantastic, would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Nuara!

Best hotel. Best stuff. Best location. Clean room. Vintage style. Delicious food. Best view. Calm area. Pure air and alot of birds. Cold weather with fog. Beautiful sunrise. Best facilities. Love it. Wish we have stay more, we will come back for sure ❤️❤️

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the tea plantation. It is a former tea plantation building and is a fine example of the colonial past. The staff are very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the garden and the valley. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Our booking included breakfast and dinner. There is a heated pool although we did not try it. We did however have a round of putting on the putting green. There is also a grass tennis court. We did a short walk from the hotel up to the sunrise and sunset view points which was easy to follow. Whilst there we visited Pedro Plantation to meet a retired tea planter to learn all about the tea growing industry. It is a short car journey to Nanu Oya where you can catch the famous train through the hills and plantations to Ella.

We atayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was one of the most unique and beautiful settings we have found. The hotel is set within the tea plantations and the views from our balcony and from the pool were breathtaking. Every member of staff were so kind and courteous, always greeting us with a smile. They made us feel at home and so well cared for, we really felt they were exceptional at what they do. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights here and want to return in future too. It is a 130 year old (renovated) property that is so well maintained, with lawn gardens, a pool, bench to sit looking at the tea gardens with a book and even a piano in the bar area. The ever attentive and efficient Amaldi at reception snd every single staff member made our stay special. The food was also tasty- we tried the traditional Srilankan food and they even gave us idli (as we are vegetarians) off the menu for breakfast. Last evening we also met Mr. Fauzi ( General Manager) -a real gentleman who treats all guests so well and observed how true hospitality flows from the top.
