We are a family from India… Very comfortable stay…. Beautiful location… most hospitable staff.. warm welcome and such enormous rooms… nestled in a cosy place . Just that the pool is not in an ideal location … The weather was a combination of cold , sunshine and rain.. food was delicious and chefs catered to our need… kind housekeeping and front office staff as well… highly recommended… don’t miss visiting the tea estates and Gregory lake …

Blackpool Hotel in Nuwara Eliya is a beautiful gem. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was exceptional, and the hotel's garden was a lovely place to unwind with its vibrant flowers. Overall, a delightful experience!

Great hotel and staff, esp Addi! Very friendly and nice area, locals very friendly and happy to see you. Went on an awesome organised trip to visit the tea plantations. Food was delicious and comfy beds! Lovely service, would visit again :-)

Wonderful room services,foods and beverages were amazing, kind and friendly staffs. The staffs were very friendly over the stay. And the restaurant has a variety of indoor games such as chess, Pool billiards and Carrom.Best to go restaurant in Nuwara Eliya. Overall had a great time and an experience over here.

I had a great experience at the Blackpool Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The location is beautiful, with scenic views of the hills. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Specially Mr. Chandrakumara was very friendly with us since the day we came. He suggested us lovers leap a waterfall situated in Nuwereliya where we had a rainforest experience in there. And the food was tasty, with a nice variety of options. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings!

Wow! We were treated like royalty the whole time we were there. We were upgraded to a suite that was Amazing! The staff were so lovely and made us feel very welcome. We had a delicious 5-course dinner and breakfast, and the waiters went out of their way to provide a wonderful experience. All staff were very friendly and professional.

I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. Also Mr. Chandrakumara help us with Guiding all around the areas and very polite gentleman. The most important part of any food review is how good the food tastes. Reviewers often describe the flavor combinations, seasoning, and overall satisfaction of the dishes. Wonderful hotel with a great team! I had asked for a special birthday service and it was perfect Arrangement in the Rose Garden! Mr chandrakumar……………Adhithya………………………food for the dinner was delicious nice and spicy ! We will come again to this beautiful place!
