A good hotel located on the outskirts of the city, Noeva Elya is very comfortable, clean, comfortable rooms, some rooms have their own small garden, a neat small pool, a good restaurant, a varied choice of dishes, clean, friendly staff, I recommend visiting.

A great hotel situated amongst the lovely vegetable fields and tea gardens. Great service, great food and great people. Very attentive staff making sure that all of your needs are met. A lovely infinity po and day spa service as well. Definetly worth a visit.

One of the most beautiful and well serviced properties we have been to in Srilanka. Truly a gem in all aspects of services including the food, room amenities and the great views. Friendly staff round it off as a perfect getaway. Longer stay recommended!

Room was good very beautiful sceneries and morning breakfast was very very good but in dinner there is least item for vegetarian rather it will be better to say that nothing is for vegetarian. Rest everything is fine

I stayed at Blackpool resort and spa over my birthday and every moment was like stepping into a postcard. From the minute I checked in, the team was brimming with genuine enthusiasm. All the food we had was flavourful,fresh and artistically presented especially the birthday cake. All servers were polite and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.
