Loved our stay at the Hill Rise, nuwara Eliya. Staff was very professional and friendly. And had a good knowledge on everything around the area. The Edward stables visit was also quite an experience. A must to do when at the property. The rooms, food and cleanliness was 5 star. Would go again

I had a wonderful stay at Hill Rise especially the view was suberb myself and my family enjoyed alot. Surly will recommend to our friends and family. Food was excellent overoll iy was a great experience. Rooms were tidy and neat. I liked the fact that the Hill Rise has rescued Dogs which was too touchy and felt good.

我們去的當天由於在山路上開了五個小時，非常疲憊，小哥熱情的出來迎接我們，並給我們送上果汁，當天已經八點了，過了飯點，小哥問我們要吃什麼，並立刻為我們準備晚餐，他為我們點燃了壁爐抵抗寒冷，並且熱心的詢問我們明天早餐的細節，這家酒店的食物非常美味，這是在我此次斯里蘭卡的旅途中最好吃的食物，小哥也是我次次旅途中最難忘的人，山上很寒冷，但是小哥為我們提供了幾頓美味的食物和温暖的房間，以及無可挑剔的服務，如果你選擇這家酒店，那你一定不會失望，它實在太棒了

酒店環境很好，置身於小花園裡。房間的佈置精緻小資，管家RAGU的服務必須滿星好評，説了句冷就把壁爐裏面的火點起來，暖水袋裝好，毛毯拿來給我們用，非常細心體貼。餐廳的蠟燭都給我們點起來了，用餐氛圍感好，很羅曼蒂克，一段美好的旅行體驗。
