"Review of Our Stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia – 3 to 5 May 2025
We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!"

"It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests."

"The room facilities are very complete, and there is even a washing machine. The sanitary environment is relatively good. Although I am not sure whether it is changed for each guest, it is better than most hotels in Malaysia. Singapore can be seen from one side of the room. It is closer to Legoland. It is recommended to take the road on the north side. The road on the south side is a jungle with monkeys. The locals reminded us to be careful and helped us drive away the monkeys. Self-service check-in and check-out, contact with the housekeeper by phone, the housekeeper on duty did not speak English very well and had a heavy accent."

"Overall ok. Quick stopover. Was a comfortable sleep. Was clean, but need deeper clean as areas behind curtains were dusty as was under the bed, as we pushed beds together. The lock to get the key card needs to be bigger. All amenities present. Good for 5pax max. However no shops around so need to drive out for supplies, which is ok. Just plan ahead."

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—right next to a large shopping complex filled with food options, shops, and a value-for-money grocery store. Plus, it’s near Legoland, making it a great choice for families.
The apartment itself is very new and spotless. The bed was comfortable, and my kids had so much fun in the room. Online customer service was quick and responsive whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even smoother.
A special mention to the café staff—they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pastries were absolutely delicious!
Highly recommend for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay with great hospitality.

TThe MulberriesOur family had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place! The bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We appreciated how promptly the staff made up our room whenever we went out. Our spacious room offered a fantastic view. The sheltered pool and gym on the 18th floor were excellent, especially the warm water in the children's pool, and towels were readily available from the attentive staff. Plus, Hard Rock Cafe being just next door was a bonus! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return.

AAmirahalim8820Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !

GGuest UserWe had confussion during our check in but I like the customer service they reply very fast so it guide us how to go to correct place.
It so difficult also to get the key as u need to cross the other condominium to get the key in a locker box. It so troublesome as it is so Rainy. It is also difficult as some staff can’t speak english.
The whole place was clean and relaxing. Ammeneties is accessible. I hope they just put some air freshener in the rooms so it smell nice when opened. Otherwise, overall it is a greatplace to stay☺️ just 5 10-15 mins away from Legoland.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness needs to be improved especially when housekeeping team does the cleaning process and pieces of paper are found on floor surface. Breakfast spread is quite disappointing due to limited choices and catering more towards Indian flavour. However the saviour is the egg counter and seating capacity is also limited.
The plus point of staying in this hotel is the size of the room with basic amenities of a studio apartment minus the washing machine and walking distance to some food outlets.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

AAdeno OngThere were a number of issues I faced with this unit, 16-14 Meridin Walk.
1. Air-conditioning unit leaked It created a large puddle of water in the room which I had to use a towel to wipe.
2. The drainage in the shower appears to be clogged. I was in ankle deep water while showering.
3. It appears that the unit has not been wiped or mopped. Hair clumps are seen on the floor and dust accumulation on most surfaces.
4. The washing machine's drainage hose was not connected. This resulted in another bigger puddle of water in the room.
5. Finally, one of the plastic chairs broke when I sat on it. I'm under 70kg so it was very surprising the chair broke. I fell but thankfully I did not suffer any broken bones.
After writing my feedback, they sent someone to fix the leak in the AC and Washing machine. However, I don't dare to sit on the chair.
In summary, this place was not well cleaned, not well maintained. I would caution against staying here.
