"Review of Our Stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia – 3 to 5 May 2025
We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!"

"Extremely beautiful scenary. Super high class, HOST IS SO POLITE AND KIND. I had a late check out she didn't scold me but still welcome me back. Also allow me place luggage at security guard area. THE SECURITY AT JOHOR IS AMAZING. SURELY NOT LIKE THOSE PEOPLE ACCUSE THAT BAD. SURELY WILL VISIT AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I NEVER BEEN IN SUCH HIGH FLOOR IN MY LIFE AT A BALCONY, SO GRATEFUL TO FOUND THIS LUCKY GEMS."

"It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests."

"The room facilities are very complete, and there is even a washing machine. The sanitary environment is relatively good. Although I am not sure whether it is changed for each guest, it is better than most hotels in Malaysia. Singapore can be seen from one side of the room. It is closer to Legoland. It is recommended to take the road on the north side. The road on the south side is a jungle with monkeys. The locals reminded us to be careful and helped us drive away the monkeys. Self-service check-in and check-out, contact with the housekeeper by phone, the housekeeper on duty did not speak English very well and had a heavy accent."

"The room is nice, the bathroom is big and the water is strong. The landlord can be contacted at any time and provides help in a timely manner. Because we were short of time, we discussed with the landlord to delay my check-out by one hour. Thank you very much🙏"

"We had a great stay! Smooth check-in. Room is huge and clean. 24hrs eatery nearby. Will definitely be back here again for a longer stay. :) This place is actually called Trinidad Suites. Just that their name on Trip.com probably not updated."

Cclover0331They do not have connecting rooms so you will need to book 1xbigger room size if you are going with family instead of 2 rooms. The maintenance team, guest service or housekeeping are quite prompt and fast in response. We enjoyed the pool as it was clean and good size. The hard rock cafe is worth a visit and we had korean bbq nearby for dinner too.

GGuest UserExcellent place for us to stay near legoland even though we don't go there anymore. A base for us to go Johor Premium Outlet. Service is excellent. I got stuck in the lift for 10 mins when it stalled. Staff was apologetic and even send me a card and fruit platter as a apology.
The rooms are good and beds are comfy and clean. Just that toilets a bit moldy and kitchen utensils kinda of old. A new coat of paint and change of utensils will do the trick.
Thanks for the hospitality.

GGuest UserWe had confussion during our check in but I like the customer service they reply very fast so it guide us how to go to correct place.
It so difficult also to get the key as u need to cross the other condominium to get the key in a locker box. It so troublesome as it is so Rainy. It is also difficult as some staff can’t speak english.
The whole place was clean and relaxing. Ammeneties is accessible. I hope they just put some air freshener in the rooms so it smell nice when opened. Otherwise, overall it is a greatplace to stay☺️ just 5 10-15 mins away from Legoland.

However, location is a little bit further from city centre despite an hourly shuttle bus run to the city. If you plan to visit to legoland or as a medical tourism to Gleneagles, this hotel is really worth to spend your day as the closest proximity

DDiana KohLocation is right opposite Legoland. Security officers are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of apartment is decent. One of the double beds mattress had already sink downward, a little awkward to sleep on but it’s ok just for 2 nights stay. Towels were given but no toothbrushes provided though. Pls bring your own toiletries.

VVickywoofCheck in time is at 4pm which is ridiculous, basically we have no time to rest . However the owner texted that it can be checked in earlier if cleaning is done early . But checked in time is still at 2pm plus.
The apartment is clean . Come with 2 bedroom with only very basic amenities. Come with washing machines.
Toilet door and bedroom door need some maintenance, extremely noisy when open and closed .
Come with 2 bed and 2 single mattress and quilt. 2 single mattress and quilt is old and smelly without any quilt or mattress cover . Owner Should change a new one now . Very smelly and unhygienic.
Come with a sofa bed which the mattress is so thin, you can feel the steel metal of the sofa bed while sitting. Is really impossible to sleep on the sofa bed .
Owner should change all those basic amenities to an acceptable one.
Need to park at level 5 which the carpark ram up to level 5 is extremely narrow and dirty . Really need good driving skill to drive up the car park .
2 abandoned building beside this apartment which make this building a bit creepy and eerie when at night or even daytime . Construction seems to have stopped for quite some time .
This apartment is near Legoland with security guard at ground floor and level 5 .
