"The room are just nice for family of four. The carpet is clean and thick. So we feel relieved to let our children to play in the room.
The front line staff at the reception are nice and friendly. We met an incident from the grab delivery who was irresponsible and anyhow delivered our foods to another destination. We guided to deliver to the right place but he refused and dumped our foods there and left. When the front line staff knew our encountered, recommended us to get the grabexpress to pick up the foods and delivered to us.
Thanks and really appreciate to their info...if not, my kid will be very hungry."

"Extremely beautiful scenary. Super high class, HOST IS SO POLITE AND KIND. I had a late check out she didn't scold me but still welcome me back. Also allow me place luggage at security guard area. THE SECURITY AT JOHOR IS AMAZING. SURELY NOT LIKE THOSE PEOPLE ACCUSE THAT BAD. SURELY WILL VISIT AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I NEVER BEEN IN SUCH HIGH FLOOR IN MY LIFE AT A BALCONY, SO GRATEFUL TO FOUND THIS LUCKY GEMS."

"It's nothing but a simple apartment near to the park. For anyone wanting to stay overnight this offers a cheaper alternative compared to the legoland official hotel. Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests."

"The room facilities are very complete, and there is even a washing machine. The sanitary environment is relatively good. Although I am not sure whether it is changed for each guest, it is better than most hotels in Malaysia. Singapore can be seen from one side of the room. It is closer to Legoland. It is recommended to take the road on the north side. The road on the south side is a jungle with monkeys. The locals reminded us to be careful and helped us drive away the monkeys. Self-service check-in and check-out, contact with the housekeeper by phone, the housekeeper on duty did not speak English very well and had a heavy accent."

"We had a great stay! Smooth check-in. Room is huge and clean. 24hrs eatery nearby. Will definitely be back here again for a longer stay. :) This place is actually called Trinidad Suites. Just that their name on Trip.com probably not updated."

SShah RizalThe place is very nice and very clean. It’s less than 5mins drive to Sunway Big Box shopping mall and about 10mins drive to Legoland. The living room area is very spacious. The wall mounted projector is very clear for family movie watching at night. They have a slide in the living room for the kids to play and another level above the slide with a mattress for a big kid to sleep. The living room got 2 queen size beds which can be combined. This is very suitable for a big family (3-5 kids). All can sleep together. They also have a hot water dispenser and electric stove to cook. Overall it’s a very fun and lovely experience staying here.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Sunway Big Box once last year and gave it a full 5-star rating — it was new, and everything was excellent.
This second stay, however, fell a little short. I booked for two nights and had requested a birthday surprise in the room, but this was not fulfilled. On arrival, I was given the wrong room. Shortly after entering, I received a call from reception apologising and assuring me they would decorate the room at the next available moment. I told them they could do it the next day after housekeeping. Unfortunately, nothing happened until I checked out.
A good hotel should maintain both service and facilities consistently. This time, I noticed several issues:
-The iron’s cord was fraying and unsafe for use.
-One of the towels was torn.
-The sink drained slowly.
-On the second day, housekeeping did not provide a floor mat — I had to request one.
-The pillows were uncomfortable, though I appreciate that extra pillows were provided upon request.
While I still enjoyed the convenience of the nearby mall and shops — limited but adequate — I feel the hotel should review its maintenance and service to ensure guests keep returning.

AAlly YongI had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour and was impressed by the overall quality and service. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a stylish and modern design that made my stay feel both comfortable and luxurious.
The staff were quite exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped bathroom.
The on-site facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were great. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with a good mix of local and international options.
The only slight drawback was the location — it’s a bit out of the way from major attractions and central transport links. While the area is quiet and peaceful (which I appreciated for relaxation), it may require a short taxi or ride-share to get to the main city spots.
That said, if you don’t mind being a little off the beaten path, Fraser Place Puteri Harbour offers excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return for the comfort and service alone! Free parking and remember to validate TNG before checking out.

AAmirahalim8820Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !

GGuest UserGreat location. But the check in procedure was not that straightforward. But the staff are quick to resolve them.
The deposit is RM$200 is a bit high and was not outward clear about it. And it is just too cumbersome for a foreigner to do it electronically. Putting the deposits is fast but getting it back from them takes very long, difficult and not straightforward.
However, the overall the property was great.

AAnna Marie KaibiganIf you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

GGuest UserThe apartment is made up of 2 apartments - a one br, and a two br, each with a living and kitchenette area. However the fridge and tv reside in the 2 br. The two sofa beds have very thin mattresses, and the air conditioning in the master of the 2 br does not work. The shower area in this room’s en-suite bathroom floods. Overall the air conditioning is not cool. The kitchen lacks any cook ware, microwave or toaster but there is enough table ware for very simple meals. Thankfully there is a kettle.
This is good for 6 to 10 pax but only for a short stay, and keep your expectations low. For the price per night, you have to expect bare basics. What we loved: the seperate areas living areas and partitions, the sun rise in the morning, and lots of wardrobe space (although not needed). Location is great is you drive or take a grab. Walking to LEGOLAND is great but you might not want to do it with loads of bags and kids as there is no real pavement and doing it was tough for us. Save the effort and spend 10RM on a grab.

AAlvinOngThis is the 2nd time we stayed there. Easy check in. Everything is self service as it’s a service apartment. This place is nice and quiet. So no need to wait for lift for long. Private parking. Good view. The only set back is it’s not near to town. If have vehicle will be easy. Near to legoland. Quite near to Eco Botanic where there are lots of food, massage shops. It’s a pretty new estate.
