2nd time here. Reason being of its peaceful yet amazing view and amenities ard the hotel. Room suite are big and price are reasonable e most affordable ard that Prime Area. Friendly staffs there. Breakfast at rooftop with nice view (but limited food choices.) Minimarts, Cafe & lotta Restaurant tat opens till late night (Arabic, Mamak) are avail along the hotel & just across the streets. Night time pop by the Magical Light Damcimg Fountain jus beside the hotel. Parks, Sand playgroundsare jus behind. Hardrock cafe is like 10m.kin drive. Head down to Gem Wellness Spa @ Emeral Bay Clubhouse about 10min drive for an amazing VIP spa like never before. Tale e Couple Package.

My second time here in 2 weeks so what does it say? It means I love this place. Want to give special thanks to the customer service officer Geetha who gave me a pad as my period came earlier than expected. I wanted to pay but she declined. I deducted stars as the body wash wasn’t topped up at all as earlier another officer had told me they lacked staff as it was New Year’s Day… totally forgiveable as I went down to collect 2 small shower gel… Will recommend this place

Its in the center of the city,near to Legoland,bar hopping areas too. We love the room and the breakfast buffet. We had a swimming after our breakfast. We just stayed 1 night but the it was a great stay.

Location is far  from the city, but it’s peaceful & quiet. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to escape the city

Infinity pool Nice view of pool View Puteri Harbour Malam got Marina Walk Puteri Harbour Many stall sell makanan or minuman and nyanyi2 Also good breakfast, If dont take breakfast at hotel, also cam breakfast at Mana Cafe under Hotel

The room is very spacious, there is a small kitchen you can bring pots to cook, kids have ample space to play around, good vacation stay for family to relax and gather.

The lift from parking can direct access to the floor of the room which I not comfortable with the securities of it. Others is quite ok. Just don't expect much on the sound proofing

Nice for a short getaway. Sleep in and enjoy a slow breakfast before gg for a jog by the water will make the stay even more memorable.

Great hotel for families. Swimming pool with good view. Convenient drive within jb & legoland.

This hotel is managed by somerset sevice apartment which explains the good service. We were greeted warmly by the counter staff who assisted us with the check in. The corridors leading to the apartments were not air conditioned. The apartment is huge. However, there was only 1 TV in the living room so we had to unplug and move it to the bedroom. There wasnt any shower ledge for us to put our own amenities. Basement carpark seemed safe. There is some loud music nearby until late. Overall a good experience, will come again.

This is one of my favourite hotel in Puteri Harbour. I really enjoyed the hotel and the food was fantastic. I would recommend the hotel and I would love to come back there again

The location is near many central towns such as Indah, Medini, Sutera, Legoland. Hotel is beginning to look tired. Amenities in room is basic but reasonable for the price you pay. A good place for morning walks especially by the marina. Soundproofing is an issue as the band downstairs could be heard, even from the neighboring rooms. Doors slamming and talking on the isle. Quality of TV channels are poor, distorted and too small to see from the sofa. Some of the electrical points were deformed and unable to use. Water pressure is good and came with bath shower gel and shampoo. Cleanliness is acceptable. Service staff is friendly and accommodating

We are here almost every week. A peaceful and relaxing place where we can “escape” to after our busy 5 days of work (in our beautiful and fast paced Singapore). Kudos to the Front Desk Manager, Vimala for having a wonderful team. Angi, Amandi, Shania and the boys (mostly Sri Lanka staff and some locals) are always so cheerful and happy when they see us.

V disappointed. Went to stay for 2 nights on a studio room. The room cleanliness was ok , bed and pillows are decent too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything was good until the 2nd night when we back from outside , and we are not able to access the room through key card , apparently there door has some faulty and no technician was around. The staff asked if we are planning to go out again or just stay in room ? We felt extremely uncomfortable and scary to stay in broken door room, so my friend asking if there is room available to change. 20 mins later the staff came back and said we can shift to another room exact same type at level 1. We are totally fine , after shifting everything to new room , we realize the amenities differences with what we had in our original room. It come with a super small non smart TV without any channel which is really unpleasing as we lost the only in room entertainment which we both enjoyed every night in our staycation. So my friend call to check with front desk and the front desk claimed that all their amenities are the same , the one we had in our original room was the unique one ! What ?! We got forced to change the room because of their door faulty and they gave us a worse room compare to what we originally had. The entire stay has totally become too disappointing and I don’t think I will ever visit again!
