Clean and convenient location...Free minibar provided, enjoyed a cold beer in the garden courtyard

Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Rooms are a bit noisy but otherwise there is nothing negative to report. Also good location.

The environment is nice and very life-like. You can make breakfast and cook. There is a refrigerator to store fruits and snacks. There are free drinks and free wifi. It is also close to the subway station.

I have stayed here several times. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms is a matter of luck or only some rooms are quite nice. I have repeatedly been given very noisy, dirty rooms facing the street. I was not offered a quieter room on request. This was only possible for an extra charge. Very customer-friendly. I will book other hotels for my stays in Nuremberg in the future.

Breakfast expensive and receptionist asian girl is kinda rude. I couldn’t find heater in my room and feel cold all the time. Parking fee also extra even you are the hotel’s guest. Wish i can type any good point but nothing from my side. If you have another options, please go for it.

I enjoyed my stay overall. The reception stuff are nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. There is a small kitchen if you need it. I didn't. What I appreciate a lot, it was the 2 "welcome" beers and 2 bottles of water in the fridge for free. I would like to stay there again. p.s. I didn't understand why they wake me up at 9am on my departures day, while the check out is at 11am....anyway....

Very friendly receptionist who also spoke English. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. We only stayed one night but it had a well equipped kitchen so very suitable for a longer stay.

Comfortable stay of 2 months. The hotel staff is very friendly and approachable. I would recommend this for longer stays in Nurnberg. Pets are also allowed here which is an added advantage. Gostenhof U bahn station is at walkable distance

Really recommend. I was there for a week, during the Messe. Its close, just a short train ride away. Its really comfortable. The breakfast is very good, staff are polite and helpful. Only minus is lack of English tv stations!! I intend to stay here next year too

I was on business trip and this was the closest hotel in the area. Can't say it's the worst place I have been to but the service was not very good. The bathroom was not stocked and i had a few similar visits to the reception. Can not say the staff wasa very happy to have me as a guest, but i do not blame them. The people i work with in Nümberg recommended me the place so i assume i was just unlucky. Definitely OK price though.

We were there on the weekend for one night. We are thrilled that dogs are welcome at no extra charge. The only thing we found really bad was that despite the “do not disturb” sign, the cleaning ladies opened the hotel room and so our dog ran out of the room and surprised us at the breakfast buffet. At least it is expected that you run after the dog as this could also end dangerously.

Not to be compared with other hotels in this chain, the previous hotel (Maximilian) was renovated, but that must have been several years ago and a lot of things have probably been left intact. One room smelled of stale smoke, another of food, as did the entire hallway, and the ventilation system was audibly struggling. The shower head cannot point downwards in the holder, the brackets and TV are mounted crookedly, no towel rail in one room, towels are damaged, different equipment in the mini kitchen in the rooms, loud refrigerator (I had to turn it off immediately) - actually a disaster, if not that It would be nice staff who made two room changes possible until I could sort things out. There is a lot of traffic on the street in front of the hotel day and night, it is better to book on the side street or towards the courtyard, if at all...

Ho trascorso due settimane in questo hotel e l‘ho trovato molto confortevole. La camera è arredata in modo molto funzionale, il letto è comodo e il balcone aveva un albero davanti che rendeva piacevole affacciarsi. La posizione è vicina alla U1 nel quartiere di Gostenhof (GoHo) che offre molti posti dove cenare. Ma la vera differenza la fa il personale, cortese e disponibile, a cominciare dalla sorridente Katy alla sala colazione, una signora di origine italiana che ci ha davvero coccolato, ma anche tutto lo staff della reception, davvero preparato e accogliente. Un’ultima chicca: la centrifuga self-service a colazione! Se dovessi tornare, chiederò una stanza con affaccio sul giardino, che è molto bello e curato.
