Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very old need renovation. Carpet and pillow are very dirty.

That's an ok hotel. They had serious issues with the room keys so checking in took forever and the staff had to accompany me twice to the room until they understood that it's really the key that's not working. And I was not the only guest with this problem this evening. I'd definitely hoped for a more professional behavior.

Such a good hotel with a nice swimming pool. Customer service was very good. The room was spacious.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spabereich, das Wasser im Schwimmbad jedoch sehr kalt. Leckeres Frühstück. Personal war okey.

The hotel is outdated, the A/C was not working and the next door room was so hot the wall felt like a sauna When i informed the reception and somebody passed by stating there is a technical error which will be fixed in 1 hour… it was already 10.30 PM I explained that it will not be possible to sleep in this heat, he said he would be able to sleep. I said really?!! He said yes you should believe me 😂 I asked for another room… he left… No sorry, no solution,… for a room at 150 EUR for 1 night without breakfast Well done 👏👏👏

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and I’ll make the review short, because it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I’ve given it two start because it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but it wasn’t great. The hotel is quite far out of the city and so not ideally situated if you plan to visit the centre. It’s around €30 to / from the airport in a taxi. The rooms are quite big, but were tired looking and had a musty smell. The curtains had some holes and the furniture generally was old looking. The bet was at least clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very average, and there was a bar but there was no atmosphere. I had two experiences with the front desk staff when I was asking for help with something, and both times it really felt like they couldn’t be bothered helping. The first time, I gave up, and the second time (when my room key had stopped working) the desk manager gestured through the window that he would be in your help me once he’d finished his cigarette. I don’t like to factor price into my reviews because I realise not everybody pays the same, but nevertheless the only reason I can think of to stay here is if cost was important and you got a great deal. I won’t be back!

My son and I stayed at the Ramada Nuernberg Parkhotel in early June 2024, as part of our 10-day trek around Germany. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and since this stay was toward the end of our journey, I wanted a hotel with a swimming pool to relax. The hotel offered very clean and comfortable rooms. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the morning. The mini fridge worked very well. The ensuite bathroom was well stocked and offered plenty of clean towels (as did the pool/spa). If we had one complaint it would be the high cost of on-site parking in underground parking garage (€10 per night) however it is understandable. Since there is not much for restaurants within reasonable walking distance (Greek, pizza), there is a restaurant onsite though we did not try it. It would be good to know if the hotel offers a place to get snacks/vending machine... we did not find one but did notice upon checkout that the front desk offered some items for sale. As with most German hotels, if you don't ask, you won't know because you won't be told. The pool and spa area were very well maintained and offered an enjoyable swim. The sauna room was good however the steam room was not working. Traveling by automobile is recommended. I am sure the onsite concert hall is a major selling point for this hotel as it is connected however much of our activities were driving to the central area and sighting seeing, There were several e-scooters on Schultheiß Allee for rent which allowed for quick trips to the nearby historic Kongresshalle or Zeppelinfeld as well as the park trails of Luitpoldhain. We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Nuernberg and would recommend this hotel.

I had one night lay over in Nuremberg before Christmas and wanted to visit Christmas market therefore I was looking for a hotel with easy parking with a good connection to the city centre by public transportation, for a decent price. And this is what I found here. Room was just fine, no luxury but clean and warm, reception staff was friendly and helpful as well as waiters at the breakfast which was rich with good choice of meal. I didn´t use any other hotel service during my stay.

Everything was correct. Great location near to the park. Nice environment. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good, a lot of kind of food. Check-in was fast, and check-out also. Room with a big bathroom, the internet was fast and stable.

Nice rooms. Henne the restaurant and restaurant staff was not a great experience. Extremely poor waiter service and food Was brought out wrongly by the order and food was to a level that was very poor an unprofessional cooked.

This suited our needs as we wanted a place to break our journey from Prague to Paris and this worked . The sauna and pool added to the experience . We were there for barely a night and we had a good night sleep enough to proceed on our onward journey
