An average hotel which was more or less adequate for two nights of a trade show visit. Mineral water only provided on first not second night. Inadequate and poorly located plug sockets in bedroom. My collesgu’s room had no cold water in room, had to shower in the gym shower. Scrambled egg v salty!

This is horrible hotel. I met with an accident and was not able to travel to Europe. Inspite of submitting the medical documents they charged me the entire amount as cancellation fees. There was a free cancellation until 8th Feb. I cancelled on 9th Feb just by 1 day delay and that too i was in a critical condition and they charged me the entire amount of 4 days i.e 700 Euros. They don't understand your concern. Neither its General manager will be ready to talk to you. Horrible experience. They don't have humanity. Worst hotel ever.

Not a good stay. The hotel is pretty old and not kept up. The carpets were very dirty and had sticky stuff on it. The blow dryer was broken and so was the water kettle. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They really need to upgrade that entire hotel. Breakfast was also very expensive. The ladies at the desk were nice and that was the only highlight.

Frendley staff allways there to help and they speak English good, comfy room and clean, not much choice for breakfast. Hotel is clean all over and just ask if you need a taxi, the taxi are a avarage price. You can get drinks and snacks 24/7

The hotel has a great location, close to one of the gates right below the Residenz, and then it is only a walk down the hill to the center of town. Very comfortable beds and big breakfast, and parking available at 12 euros/night. Very nice staff!

Nice hotel, good service, no ac but they do have fans you can request. Room was big and comfortable. There was construction being done on the road next to the hotel wich it made it noisy and because of the metal bridges and panels it was very noisy at night aswell. Overall good hotel for the price.
