This business does not exist anymore. It was torn down years ago. There is a convenience store/ gas station on that corner now. A newer hotel was built down the street from this old one. Comfort Suites St. Louis - Sunset Hills 3654 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Saint Louis, MO, 63127, US (314) 403-7043

Quiet property with a series of lodges with a great common garden entry. Very creative space with full kitchen area. About a 15 minute walk from the ferry to the airport and town of Vaitape. xxxxxxxxx

We were very happy with this affordable waterfront apartment, located conveniently close to town and all services. It was a 10 min walk or 3 min bike ride to the supermarket, restaurants, etc. There is no beach, but you can jump in right off the dock out front. We had an upstairs unit with a large deck overlooking the bay – really magical, especially at night. The apartment was spacious, bright, and airy, with the large living area opening up to the waterfront deck. The kitchen was basic but usable and the bedroom was comfortable with AC. The Wifi internet worked great. The interior ocean themed colors and décor were pleasant. There was a bike rental place just a couple 100m away so we rented bikes there for the duration of our stay – very useful for getting all around the island, and especially just down the road to the markets and restos. No, it’s not your traditional Bora Bora beach bungalow, but very nice, comfortable and economically priced, especially as the price of most accommodation in Bora Bora was out of our reach. Our hostess, Hinano, was very friendly and helpful, providing a free pick-up and drop-off from the ferry terminal. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. Loved it!

We stay 5 days, the flat was very nice, Moea and Gérard are very kind, teey take care of everything. Close to the house, a local super market opening very early in the morning with warm bread, and local marmelade for the breadfast. The flats are very nice and clean, and possibility to park a car. We leave very sad, Bora is a very beautifull Island, and a can say to have the pleasure to meet people as Moea and Gérard is even better. Sure next time we will travel in Franch Polynésia, we come again at this place. Gérard and Chantal, from Paris.

The owner only thinks about doing business, he is a metropolitan who harms the image of Polynesians. He refused to reimburse us, even a part, for the night we could not spend at his place because of a canceled flight to Bora Bora (weather problem).

What a shame... On paper, the accommodation seemed interesting. After a very pleasant welcome from Hinano, the employee, we quickly became disillusioned. The accommodation is next to the boat service station and, contrary to what the name suggests, not facing the setting sun. The dazzling neon lighting is not pleasant and the kitchen area is minimalist to say the least. The hardest thing to accept is the behavior of Gérard, the owner. We were sharply reprimanded when we moved the garden furniture, then he did not hesitate to brutally interfere in our discussions without introducing himself. The icing on the cake is that he took the liberty of debiting the balance of our reservation using the details of the card we had used to pay the deposit, without asking our consent. However, it was specified in his confirmation that we could pay cash upon arrival. When we told him we disagreed with the method, he responded in an odious manner. This is not the Bora Bora experience we wanted to have.

Very comfortable accommodation with a private pontoon for swimming in the lagoon. Moea is an attentive and very responsive hostess. Bicycle rentals are available across the street from the lodge. Island tour excursions are just a short walk away. We were two adults and two older teenagers staying two nights.
