Union Beach Bungalow

We booked the hotel at the last minute, so we couldn't choose all the dates of our trip. We had 2 days left, and we decided that the hotel was okay after inspecting the room the day before our arrival. A canopy bed to keep mosquitoes out, a shower with a side rail, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The refrigerator didn't work right away - the door wouldn't close. It was replaced, but the other one didn't work either. The air conditioning died on the second day, and no one was going to fix it. Fortunately, the fan was working, which made the situation a little easier. Breakfast includes: fruit, juice, coffee, an omelette, and a pancake. They kept the coffee and pancake on the first day, but brought them on the second. There are no napkins on the tables, so you have to ask for them. The hotel has a few sun loungers on the beach, but they are all occupied. There is a parking lot under a palm tree, but after parking, the entire windshield is sticky. Now about the attitude. We asked for an adapter, they promised to find it, but forgot. We looked late, didn't find it, and helped us put a Euro plug in the socket. The refrigerator doesn't work - we have problems with the voltage, we won't find another one. The air conditioner is broken - low power level, we can't do anything. Because the refrigerator is not working, we asked to put the champagne in the hotel refrigerator. The waiters consulted with the owner, he allowed it, but there was no room in the refrigerator, we had to take it to our first hotel. Checkout is written at 10, I asked until 11:30, they allowed until 11, although no one needed the room and they were not going to clean it. The room was not cleaned on the first morning, although there was sand all over the floor - no rug by the door. There are no trash cans, shampoo, soap, no chairs, no hanger in the room. One towel per person. They are all stained, as is the bed linen. Well, the toilet tank was leaking and drip-drip-drip was heard around the clock. I do not recommend this hotel even to undemanding tourists. Although it is close to the ocean, you will be disappointed.
