The rooms were decent (no mirror) but the breakfast was a huge letdown extremely limited. For lunch, it was only available at their beach station, a 20-minute walk away. They offer a shuttle, but if it’s busy, you’re left waiting for ages. HOWEVER, the absolute worst part of my stay was the staff (not considering bartender/ pool tender) Completely unprofessional! Not only were they rude, but they were also openly Gossiping about the guests in a shameful manner. me and my family actually saw an order with the phrase ‘for the pain in the neck’ (in italian, “la rompi coglioni”) written on it. The staff’s behavior was not just disappointing, it was downright disrespectful. It completely ruined the experience. This hotel is anything but professional or relaxing. I highly recommend choosing another hotel in the area

Very disappointing breakfast, no vegetables, a lot of sweet stuff. No ham, salami, cheese . Only 2 eggs per person. Very slow service . Extremely dirty pool, cocktails by the pool are tasteless. I had long island and it was almost impossible to taste alcohol. This place should not be called Hotel.
