Earlsdon Park is very handy for the National Exhibition Centre but there are handfuls of other reasons to stay here too. Coventry Cathedral is worth a stay in itself, and just a stone's throw away, plus you'll have easy access to the rest of the Midlands and beyond. Watch hot ice hockey action at the Skydome. See a Cathedral that earned its architect a knighthood. Get conventional at the Ricoh Centre. Grab some retail therapy. Then come back for comfort therapy at Earlsdon Park, with freshly prepared food, bursting with flavour from our restaurant, welcoming and spacious rooms, and an extra cosy bed.Show More

Had a lovely stay here this weekend. Many thanks to member of staff, Tanya, such a lovely lady, helpful and efficient too. Great staff make all the difference. Very happy with my room and the breakfast was very good. Well done to all that work here!

Nice comfortable bed in refurbished rooms which look good with everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. The room they gave me to start was very hot and sunny so i asked for a change and they soon found me another room at the rear which was much cooler so i was happy then!

In my experience, Premier Inn offer an excellent product for the price. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. However what always let them down was that, summer or winter the rooms were always too hot. And generally the windows barely open to ventilate the rooms. So I'm glad Premier Inn now offer Premier plus rooms which have proper AC. Having booked the room expressly for this feature, it was annoying that the AC appeared not to work. Also the instructions provided appeared to be for a different wall controller. Long story short I asked a member of staff who remotely enabled the AC in my room. Eventually the room was cooled enough to be comfortable. Why sell a room with a key feature disabled? The staff are clearly run off their feet but are polite and helpful. They do not need the extra job of enabling something in a room which should work regardless as you are paying extra precisely for this feature.

Stayed at this very striking looking PI based in the old Coventry Technical College. It’s an imaginative conversion and the rooms are comfortable, clean and on the second floor impressive with massive windows. I think the firm had hoped for more interest in Premier Plus rooms as the room I had had clearly been converted back to a standard room. I loved the large walk-in shower. Parking now is in this area is so much better and there is a 480 space multi storey next door. Don’t be put off by the environmentally friendly lighting if you enter at night. I drove towards it in pitch blackness and it suddenly lit up floor by floor. Really great. Being honest, however, the place felt a little understaffed on reception and in the restaurant on my arrival. After finding the kiosk check in broken & pressing the “summon us” button a couple of times, I had to go & find someone to check me in. Food in the Thyme restaurant was fine & fresh, though again service was a little slow. Overall very good but could easily have been excellent with a little more attention to detail with staffing.

I was a solo female traveler meeting up with relatives for a family funeral. The Premiere Inn was in a great location close to everything. The same quality that you expect of a Premiere Inn was there of course but what made this hotel stand out for me was the wonderful staff and how warm and friendly while still being professional they were. All of them from the reception to the bar were just amazing and couldn’t do enough to make the stay superb. The food was also really good and I would like to thank all the staff for making a sad reason for my visit into a mini holiday! They are really just fantastic and I am forever grateful.

This is a great value option for those looking for a base in the city. We enjoyed a 2 night stay with ample parking, great value meal deal including dinner & breakfast and super friendly and efficient staff. We would not even need to consider an alternative hotel next time we are visiting Coventry. Premier Inn always offer a base standard level which is good. Clean facilities, a comfy bed and central locations. They seem to have streamlined the offering so you don't get things like Shampoo & Conditioner, tissues, hot chocolate or biscuits, but I'd rather take the bits I need from home and keep the prices of the rooms low! On the first night there was very low occupancy and so I was pleased to see the commitment to sustainability and the switch from buffet to plated breakfast service, cooked to order. This really shows they are concerned about waste. However it was a shame there weren't any pastries. Overall a great stay, brilliant value and we will be booking our other UK stays through the year with Premier Inn. Recommended.

Positives: Large room, double and single beds Clean Good shower Negatives: Poor soundproofing (loud coughing and phone conversation from adjoining room next door) Bathroom quite small It's a not very attractive 15min walk from the city centre (Belgrade Plaza PI is closer). Breakfast is still a very good deal (self-service from a buffet with eggs cooked to order). Overall, at £43 the night when we stayed, there's not a lot to complain about.
