Hotel is definitely at an unique location, bathroom was just amazing and service was impeccable. Big, spacious room however balcony attracts unwanted guests such as flying cockroaches, insects at night which is understandable since you’re staying just beside the sea.

The location was superb, and we had a delightful experience. Hotel served the delicious cuisine for dinner. The white fish starter (staff told me that the name is 'Houbou') and the tender beef as a main course were very tasty. Before going to sleep at night, I looked outside and saw the moonlight reflected in the sea. The view was so fantastic and beautiful that I couldn't help taking photos. In the morning we also enjoyed a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and a walk around the island with feeling the pleasant sea breeze. The staff who looked after us at check-in, another staff who were kind to us in the restaurant and the staff who saw us off at check-out, all had warm smiles on their faces. We look forward to revisiting this location in the nearest future.

Awashima Hotel arranged a pick-up at Mishima Station. At the pier, there was a lounge at Awashima Hotel and a shuttle boat to the island. The hotel is very European, very beautiful and you can see Mount Fuji. The room is large and has a terrace. The view is amazing. There is a sea view and a Mount Fuji view. In the afternoon, there is a lounge that provides drinks and the environment is also very good. I chose a French set menu for dinner, which was very exquisite and not disappointing.

Very satisfied, super satisfied, the service is very good. We are a group of more than 10 people. A young man who can speak Chinese and English was specially sent to wait for us at the pier. He also arranged the itinerary after entering the island. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot springs while looking at the sea. It is also very cost-effective. It is also good to walk around the island. After all, there is a small oceanarium.

The old money style western-style hotel + fine Japanese-style service, overall it was quite in line with expectations. We left on a small boat, and when the boat started to turn, the two hotel employees on the dock who saw us off bowed 90 degrees in a neat manner, which still broke my defense. I will definitely come again.

The hotel is on a small island. There is a free shuttle bus from Mishima Station. You need to email in advance to book, so transportation is not a problem. The hotel is very old-fashioned. It has not been renovated since it opened in 1991. You can see the aesthetics of Japan in that era, and it has a sense of age. The pros and cons of the hotel are obvious. The best thing is the outdoor hot spring with a sea view of Mount Fuji, and the service is also first-class. The disadvantage is that you can feel the traces of disrepair everywhere, as well as the poor wifi and rare power sockets. The hotel's buffet breakfast is so-so, but the Japanese dinner set is really great. I ate completely different dishes for two consecutive days.

Facilities: Old, no heating in the bathroom, extremely cold! I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and was frozen to death, hahahaha! Hygiene: The hygiene is OK, the bedding is all silk, funny. Environment: The environment is OK, after all, the hotel opened in 1991, it is good that the house has not collapsed. Service: The service is so-so, check-in is late, only one big sister can speak English, the other service staff can't, they can't speak English at all, and dinner was wrong. There is a Chinese guy wearing glasses, the service attitude is very average, with a stern face, no bow, no talk, just simply tell the check-out time, compared with the Japanese, the service awareness is much worse! It is not recommended for guests who are used to staying in luxury hotels!

If the full score is 100, I think Awashima Hotel deserves 200! I accidentally discovered such a niche hotel with a view of Mount Fuji (note that every room has a view of Mount Fuji!). To get to the hotel, you need to take the itasu ship at the pier. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and there is also a mainland waiter Liao Sang who also provided us with a lot of help. Thank you very much to our compatriots far away in a foreign land. Although the hotel's hardware is from the 1990s, it is still well maintained. It really has a unique flavor. It's all in the picture hahaha. In short, this hotel is really worth a special trip to stay! Numazu is also a quiet town with its own unique flavor~
