非常差的體驗，整個酒店一無是處就不説了，位置也是偏離市中心很遠，周圍沒有吃飯的地方，很不方便，衹適合開車走國道臨時住一宿的人

宿泊前にホテルのサイトから駐車場についてちょっと質問を送ったのですが、回答メールが来ない珍しいホテルでした。その時点でやや不吉でしたが、行ってみたらステーキのお肉は固すぎて噛めず、さらに冬なのに部屋の空調が調節不能で暑すぎ、フロントに相談したら部屋ごとに切替可能とのことで冷房に切り替えてもらいましたが、無関係に暖房が出続けました。 暑くて寝られず重い窓を開けたら、音が響いたのか隣室からすごい音で何度も壁を蹴られ、怖いし暑いしで全然寝られませんでした。他サイトにも隣室からやたらに壁ドンされたという口コミがあったので、客層が危ないのかも？ その口コミでは隣が怖いと言って部屋を変えてもらえたそうですが、私は部屋替えを頼んでも「満室です」の一言でした。こういう室内外の温度差がひどいホテルでは体調を崩したこともあり、世間はこんなに節電節電とやってるのに、冬場に蒸し風呂みたいな建物内でうだっていると怒りさえ覚えます。今回も眠れず疲れ切り、おかげで体調まで悪くなりました。 あと仕切りのドアも壁もない「オープンスタイルのトイレ」について、ホテル側は「欧米式」と説明してるようですが、欧米在住経験長いけど正直一般的ではないと思う・・・。（ほかのサイトの口コミを見たら、ラブホスタイルなんでしょうか？）さらにハンガーには長い茶色の髪の毛が数本だらっと引っかかっていて、もう笑ってしまいました。 先日一度利用して、そのときは特に問題なかったので、運や季節もあるかもしれません。でも今回は予約サイトに口コミしても全部削除されるし、本当に誠意を一切感じられません。スタッフさんの対応にもムラがあるし、本当に今回は（ステーキプランのため前回よりも高料金で）宿泊したことを後悔したので、再利用はありえません。
