This company does not care that you have been working for years and do everything well, it is enough for them to want to save money to fire hundreds of employees every day that passes, make them sign a "voluntary resignation" and pay them until after a month, without answering your calls. outrageous.

Our bellboy, Fernando Arrizon, was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Great sense of humour and ensuring everything was taken care of to the satisfaction of the guests. I hope everyone has the fortunate opportunity to experience his top notch service! Great job Fernando!

The check in process was a nightmare and the sales people made it even worse. Our room was ok, but the furniture needs some TLC and updated. The best part of our stay was our daily housekeeping staff. Her name is Nazaria. She always had a smile when she came to our room. She always cleaned what we asked her and she was very nice. We had an easy check out with Jaun. He was very helpful and professional.

What a nightmare time share hotel! From the minute you arrive you are shuffled from desk to desk, salesperson to salesperson to try to sell you a timeshare. When we said nano to a free breakfast with a sales pitch we were treated like second class citizens, given a substandard room with no view! I adamantly complained & was given a better room! Every time I walked downstairs past the many desks people were complaining about something! Also certain areas on the property were off limits! What a huge disappointment for a vacation we won (donated) through the Boys & Girls Club” of Pasadena!! Avoid at all costs!!!! We went off site for all meals & activities!

Festival on the beach was great! Our joy squad did an amazing job. Allison, Alissa, and Merissa were a lot of fun and kept the party going thank you Girls! Our waiter did a great job too. Thank you Caesar and Emanuel. Food and entertainment well worth the $

Great pool activities, we had a lot of fun and great moments. We played volley in the pool, Mexican lottery. The Joy Squad is a great activities planners. Thanks Arturo Jiménez, Joseline Rodriguez and Eduardo Jiménez. The Joy Squad were very concern that my family and friends had a lot of fun
