This is an absolute gem of a place. We loved it so much that we spent an extra night. The lodge has many original features and our room (Sauvignon Blanc) was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. All the staff were charming - very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There’s a large vineyard to explore and lots of buildings to discover. The good and wine were delicious - especially the five course tasting menu with wine pairing. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

This was one of our most memorable experiences on our trip. All of our meals were fantastic. We did have breakfast, lunch and dinner there. They help coordinate all your adventures. We ended up doing a horseback ride. Wow! A great experience. Additionally. Their wine tour is very informative. The pool was perfect. The venue was something out of a novel. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Narbona Wine Lodge in Carmelo for 3 nights, and it was a beautiful and memorable experience. We were in the Tannat room, which was spacious and beautifully laid out. It had a cozy front sitting area with a couch, TV, and desk, plus a generous outdoor patio that made the whole space feel like our own little retreat. The bed was super comfortable, the hair dryer was excellent (a rare win in hotel rooms!), and while the bathroom had good counter space, better lighting at night would really elevate the experience. The setting is absolutely stunning—they’ve done such a beautiful job with the ambience and overall atmosphere. It’s peaceful, historic, and incredibly well put together. You feel like you’ve stepped into a different rhythm of life, in the best possible way. One of the highlights was the wine tasting, which was included with our room. We didn’t know it needed to be pre-booked, but the staff were incredibly accommodating in finding a time that worked for us. We also booked the five-course tasting dinner, which was delicious. The accompanying tour was in Spanish only, but there was a lovely couple nearby who helped translate, and we managed just fine. The whole evening felt relaxed and special. Service throughout was exceptional. Special shout out to Maurizio at the front desk and the wonderful woman from Portugal in the restaurant—both went above and beyond to make our stay feel thoughtful and personal. You really do feel like you’re the only guests there. Breakfast was a standout—served on the outdoor porch (not buffet-style), with homemade everything: dulce de leche, jams, yogurt, granola, and eggs made to order. Such a perfect start to the day. We highly recommend Narbona. The setting is stunning, the wine is excellent, and the whole experience feels both refined and deeply relaxing. A truly special stay.

We truly felt like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The staff were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. One of the absolute highlights was the wine and cheese tasting with Chiara, whose knowledge and passion made it an unforgettable moment. The thoughtful gestures and overall atmosphere created one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We’re already hoping for the opportunity to return!

We had a beautiful suite with private terrace and fireplace. The staff set up the fireplace for us on request. We were there in winter, and we really enjoyed sitting by the fire in morning with coffee. The food was exceptional. We highly recommend staying here.

What a Wonderful place to relax , taste the wine's cheese jams, fruit and more ,the staff are very warm, kind and friendly, they are here for you if you need help. One of te most enjoyable nights was the premium wine tasting we will be back ,pool and garden area very nice to relax and enjoy

Narbona wine lodge is a magical place. It’s a gorgeous setting, like stepping back in time. The service was excellent, the room was so comfortable with a fireplace bonus and the food was lovely. The wine was an added bonus! We loved our visit!
