Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist who said we had to pay a security deposit. We did this on the understanding that it would be returned to us. This was not the case and has resulted in me paying for the room twice. On top of that the air-conditioning wasn't working which made the room too uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. Asked for a fan, none available. This was our first stay in a B&B hotel and will certainly be our last.

I stayed in the hotel on November 9. There was no hot water and the breakfast was mot available. The reception told me that I could call the manager. I did 3 times and he promised to call me back but he did not. At least I want better service and a refund 50%

what to say at 11pm fire alarm, no heating in September in the room, great when taking a shower! cleanliness of the room remains to be desired! soft pillow, a large towel per person and no small one for the hair! at 4am and until 6am customers returning from a party (at least 10 people because there were 4 vans), it was still partying at the hotel until the morning and no intervention! I'm not talking to you about closing the door it's unthinkable, you have to slam the door very very hard to close it so you're woken up at all hours! no badge so impossible for him to know when we're leaving so it's the cleaning lady who knocks on the door! in short it's to be avoided! for disabled people I didn't even see a parking space for them

E già il terzo hotel che proviamo di questa catena nel nostro giro in Francia Siamo in auto ed sono comodi perché si trovano in zone fuori dal centro città (ma in poche decine di minuti arrivate nei centri cittadini). Dispongono di parcheggio privato già compreso . La colazione e’ essenziale ma per noi va bene (yogurt, marmellata , croissant, pane etc). In questo caso c’era anche ascensore e le camere sono in stile motel. La nostra era piccola , pulita con bagno privato (piccolo, ma vivibile . Con doccia wc e lavabo) lasciano 3 asciugamani , bicchieri di carta , carta igienica e saponi. L asciuga capelli va richiesto in reception. In reception anche distributori automatici . Ci stiamo trovando davvero bene. Come ripeto veramente , lo sottolineo, essenziale. Ma per chi come noi si muove di continuo e torna in stanza solo per dormire va fin troppo bene .,

Nous voyageons avec notre chien et préférons avoir des chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons fait un périple dans quatre b&b hotel et celui-là était le moins bien. Nous n’avons pas eu d’oreillers supplémentaires et l’extérieur est très bruyant.

L'hôtel était situé à 2km de mon lieu de formation. Chambre propre et très calme. Agréablement surprise par le calme (ma chambre était située sur l'arrière de l'hötel). Petit déjeuné super, bon et complet. La dame de l'accueil est sympathique. Je suis très contente d'avoir fait ce choix d'hôtel.

L'accueil à toujours été très chaleureux et reste le point fort de l'hôtel, l'équipe et la direction toujours disponible et à l'écoute. sans nul doute le meilleur accueil jamais égalé en 15 ans chez B&B.

Depuis 18 ans, à l'approche de la Toussaint, nous retrouvons pour 3 jours, toujours une qualité de services qui ne varie pas : l'accueil très chaleureux et très professionnel de Dorothėe et depuis peu Laetitia. La chambre, toujours très propre, avec une très bonne literie. Le matin un copieux petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et remercions Dorothėe et toute son équipe Brigitte et JeanJean
