Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist who said we had to pay a security deposit. We did this on the understanding that it would be returned to us. This was not the case and has resulted in me paying for the room twice. On top of that the air-conditioning wasn't working which made the room too uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. Asked for a fan, none available. This was our first stay in a B&B hotel and will certainly be our last.

Room had no air, as there was no air conditioning and as it was duplex family room, with the heat it was unbearable. We all spent the night sweating and had to get a fan from the car to attempt to cool us down. The heating/cooling system did not work and there was no one around to help. The toilet was so close to the sink it was uncomfortable. There were no staff on site and when we turned up it was not obvious how to open the car park gate.

I stayed in the hotel on November 9. There was no hot water and the breakfast was mot available. The reception told me that I could call the manager. I did 3 times and he promised to call me back but he did not. At least I want better service and a refund 50%

what to say at 11pm fire alarm, no heating in September in the room, great when taking a shower! cleanliness of the room remains to be desired! soft pillow, a large towel per person and no small one for the hair! at 4am and until 6am customers returning from a party (at least 10 people because there were 4 vans), it was still partying at the hotel until the morning and no intervention! I'm not talking to you about closing the door it's unthinkable, you have to slam the door very very hard to close it so you're woken up at all hours! no badge so impossible for him to know when we're leaving so it's the cleaning lady who knocks on the door! in short it's to be avoided! for disabled people I didn't even see a parking space for them

Arrivée de nuit un peu compliquée, le code transmis par email ne fontionnait pas. Un mail supplémentaire après l'enregistrement sur place serait un plus (numéro de chambre, code porte, horaires du petit dejeuner...). Attention : le numero d'appel avant votre sejour est payant. La chambre était fonctionnelle. Propreté moyenne, mouches collées au plafond de la salle de bains.

Arrêter de claquer sa porte d’entré , un technicien qui hurle service d’étage et frappe aux porte pour savoir si il peut faire sa détention de système d’incendie a 8h30 du matin c’est abusé. Si non c’est correct mais le prix reste cher pour la chambre que c’est
