We stayed three nights, everything was excellent, the people were very welcoming and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The aircon worked very well, and the heavy blinds helped keep the room cooler on the hot days while we were there. The proper walk in shower was so much better than the usual shower over a bath situation. Breakfast was very good value at ten euros, the dining / bar area was very pleasant and modern. The location was ideal, a five minute walk to the old part of town. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. Noia is a great town and base for visiting the coast and also an excellent bus service runs to Santiago de Compestela.

The best there is of boutique 3 star hotels! Very comfortable,spotlessly clean, extremely good breakfast and wonderful host. This is a family run hotel and our hosts recommended a lovely tapas restaurant for supper as well as fantastic recommendations for our route to A Coruna. Highly recommended

Mal la atención. Por un error en la página de reserva, realicé la reserva para el mismo día (no me aseguré de cambiar las fechas) y cuando fui a comprobar que todas las reservas estaban bien 4 días más tarde (hotel y restaurantes) me di cuenta del error. Contactando con el hotel después de hacer otra reserva para el día correcto, no se salieron de su posición de no devolver el dinero ya que no había cancelado con 3 días de antelación (un poco difícil si la reserva fue a las 23:10h del mismo día). Propuse varias soluciones sin ninguna aceptación por parte del hotel. Pues bien, cancelada la nueva reserva, pérdida de dinero por mi parte y pérdida de clientes por parte del hotel. En fin... menos mal que hay muchos más hoteles.

Hotel junto a la ría de Noia de estilo moderno,la gestión es familiar muy amables y cercanos, se puede aparcar en la puerta fácilmente y es tranquilo. Pedimos la habitación superior que es la que tiene vistas a la ría y está bien decorada en estilo moderno pero es pequeña y el baño aún más con sensación de agobio,menos mal que tienen aire acondicionado porque por la tarde pega el sol directo y al ser fachada de cristal se calienta mucho y con solo ventana oscilobatiente. El desayuno tiene un buen café y zumo natural pero para valer 10€ le falta variedad. Para mí es un hotel caro para lo que ofrece, entiendo que al ser agosto suban los precios. Recomendable por el buen trato,ubicación y también buena limpieza..

Experiencia desagradable. Muy mala atención al cliente. Cargo en tarjeta antes de terminar estancia. Impedimentos ante la solicitud de hoja de reclamaciones, negación de facilitarla por parte del propietario. No lo recomendaría a nadie

Pas de restauration sur place, pas de petit déjeuner sans réservation la veille pas de café non plus. L’environnement est marécageux . L’hôtel est excentré par rapport à la ville. La chambre est propre et l’une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionne pas

Absolutamente indignados. No sé dignaron a atendernos como deberían haberlo hecho sin duda al haber tenido que cancelar una reserva al limite justo de las 48h preceptivas debido a un ingreso hospitalario totalmente inesperado, urgente y lógicamente doloroso. Lo mejor del caso es que ya nos habían cobrado los cinco días que teníamos concertados con ellos ¡dos días antes de la fecha prevista de nuestra llegada! Lógicamente, iniciaremos las correspondientes acciones legales para hacer valer nuestros derechos. Y todo ello en temporada alta, justo cuando más fácil sería para ellos volver a ofertar nuestra habitación. Así no se trata a la gente.
