Высокомерие администратора на ресепшн сразу отбивает желание оставаться в отеле!!!Больше не вернусь только из-за нее.А так номер отличный!Стиральная машина только зачем.Останавливались на 3 ночи, и стирка вот очень нужна была, НО бежать, искать и покупать порошок времени не было совсем!

Заселение было около часу ночи. Мы не могли дождаться специалиста на ресепшене. Появился он минут через 20. Номер нормальный, все чисто и аккуратно

I recently stayed at the BonApart apartment and it was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself is spotless and meticulously organized, you can tell the staff takes pride in their work. The location is superb, everything you need is within walking distance. And the in-house restaurant? Wow, the dishes are creative, delicious, and expertly prepared. I highly recommend BonApart apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Five stars isn't enough, I'd give it ten stars if I could.

Проживаю в этом отеле третий день ,, забронировала на 6 дней . Заселилась в номер с двухспальный кроватью . Предоставили две сдвинутые кровати с ДВУМЯ матрасами . Спать невозможно было , матрасы разъезжаются образовывая яму посередине кровати . Сообщила менеджеру - переселили в другой номер с единым матрасом также на сдвинутых двух односпальных кроватях. В этом номере кондиционер работает , но не охлаждает комнату в номере . Пришёл мастер и сказал , что в связи с жарой кондиционер не справляется . Прибываю в шоке от ответа . Жду ЧТО будет дальше . Советую не торопиться с выбором этого отеля .

По рекомендации знакомых решила заселиться в этот отель, в городе проездом, толком ничего не знаю. Персонал не вежливый. Постельное белье оставляет желать лучшего, такое ощущение, что его не стирали от прежнего владельца номера. Две звезды только за цену.
