Novo Hamburgo Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel and the service were very low than the Accor network offered. The room was cleaned very badly, mainly the bathroom. No shampoo or bath touch was available. The welcome drink was not offered, which I had to ask for at the end of the night, and the amount charged was above that in the reservation and I had to complain to adjust the price. The value paid by me (Gold Client) without breakfast was the same paid by a couple who was entering the hotel. but with breakfast included.

Swan Tower has an environment of the 2000's. Is that bad? Not at all in this case. Although design and furniture resembles the 2000's, the property is well preserved, staff is friendly, internet connection is fast, and breakfast is average. Parking is free, and fare is fair. I booked a suite, with a spacious living room with a small kitchen, and a separate room. Location is perfect, in a nice neighborhood in Novo Hamburgo. I believe that Swan is in the top 3 hotels in the Vale dos Sinos area.

Sou agente de viagens e neste final de semana (30abr - 01 mai) estive com um grupo de 24 pessoas no Hotel Locanda, desde o primeiro contato até o último minuto no hotel, fomos muito bem atendidos, em especial pela Carla e o David. Dentro do nosso grupo, atletas e algumas de suas esposas ficaram encantados com a estrutura, atendimento e serviços do hotel. Excelentes acomodações, um excelente café da manhã com variedade e rápida reposição. Recomendo e voltando a Novo Hamburgo o Locanda será nossa opção.
