The hotel has a musty smell as soon as you enter the lobby, and the same smell exists in the room. I had a very good impression of IBIS, but this hotel has overturned my impression of this brand.

Ibis NH is very well located facing BR116 road and close to downtown, and outlet mall. Services, Internet connection, breakfast are good. There is also a buffet option for dinner. Despite being close to the road, rooms are quiet, providing a good night of sleep.

If you want to lay on a rigid bed and get sand flee bites... go ahead! (ho and please explain how there could have been sand flees when so far from a beach!?!?!) Only one employee was bilingual and nice. The others were "in training" or not interested in giving customer service. The breakfast buffet was basic and awful to say the least. If I had know that almost no deliveries were possible in the area for the other meals, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Terrible old mattress at all rooms, you can even see the curved mattress through the bed sheets, my back hurts after 2 nights there, imagine you have a wall in between you and your wife while sleeping so you can have an idea of how deep the mattress are deformed. Terrible service, it was a fight trying to get the money back from the nights I did not use. They basically did not want to refund it, I was forced to dispute the charge in my American Express Platinum in order to get my money back.

Tudo no hotel é excelente, desde a garagem gratuita com acesso direto ao andar, o café da manhã, os quartos, o chuveiro, o Wi-Fi... Mas, em especial, o atendimento! Um agradecimento especial à Ester e sua gerente, que no dia 18/04/25 nos salvaram! Tínhamos uma reserva em Gramado, onde ficaríamos até o dia 21, mas, ao chegar, descobrimos que a reserva não existia. Então, começou nossa saga em busca de um hotel, em um feriado com tudo lotado. Foi aí que surgiu a bênção chamada Ester, que nos acolheu.

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar.
O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos.
A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis.
