Convenient location, across the road is the theater, more than 5 minutes walk to the church, there is dm on the side, much less than the Bay City people, no shortage of goods. The hotel room is spacious, but the hygiene is not good. There is nothing to eat for breakfast, and go to the nearby McDonald's every day. The front desk service was very good. Helped to call the car before leaving, and helped us take the luggage to the back door. The photo is just across the road from the hotel entrance.

Just under 3 km from the train station in a quiet residential area above a pizzeria. About 10 minutes walk to the Danube and the old town. Family-run hostel with single and double rooms. No dorm. Living room with small kitchen and TV. There was free fruit and biscuits and good WiFi. Older owners, nice but also a bit reserved. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Power sockets, closet and bedside table available. Unfortunately one of the two shared showers didn't work properly. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about. There's also a small smoking balcony and free city maps included.

Stopped for a few days in this hotel. Breakfast is delicious but uniform. The restaurant is not delicious. The staff is not smiling. The room price is not small. There are no single toothbrushes in the room. Sweet dresses with holes. Towels are old. Bed linen is not white, but with a worn shade. Inconvenient pillows. The wallpaper is glued (in our room on the third floor exactly). Wi-Fi only works at the receptacle. And here the most interesting. My son is studying in his line school and he had to sit on the floor because of the bad Internet on the lessons, where the respiratory and lounge zone, of course he was sitting in the earphones . And played on the tablet too in the headphones and one day the cleaner came to me and made a remark that my son was preventing the respiratory playing the tablet. And when people watched football there, drunk and yelling, they probably didn't interfere with the respiratory? ! And in general how can it be the cleaner to make a comment of the hotel ? ! Better the router repaired!!! We left the hotel the next day because of such service.

We spent overnigh in the Boutique Hotel Arta while passign through Novi Sad, Serbia. It exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a modern chique design. Room and bathroom were spotelss clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and all foods delicious. Staff speak English. The hotel has its own inside parking. Our car was parked a few steps from our door which is wonderful when you have luggae and it's so easy to move it from the car to the room. Nearby there are bakeries and pizza restaurants and take aways open until very late at night. We will definitely go back next time we pass through Novi Sad.

We stayed there for 5 nights and were very impressed and can only recommend it...I just found the evening buffet too expensive and not enough choice.
But you can also eat well in the surrounding restaurants.

Amazing experience. We booked only 2 nights (BB),which includes use of all pools and spa facilities all day. And not only in this hotel where we booked,but as well in a sister hotel Movenpick,which is only 20min walk. 2nd hotel has 10 pools,in 3 levels, super spacious area. Staff was super welcoming wherever we go,patient,everything is very well organized. In the restaurants and bars. Service was fast and food was fresh,tasty. Food menu has different varieties,something for everyone. As well menu's were in English as well. We had short ,but lovely visit and for sure we are coming back for more.

XXIAOJUANQuiet and secret resort hotel, exquisite breakfast, beautiful environment, stayed for two nights, the bed design has problems: the bedside and the mattress have a certain space, the normal person will notice that the mattress can not see the bedside, we The squatting calves were injured by the bedside, and one of the friends bumped three times. Later, with a small pillow stuck to the two bed corners at the end of the bed, everyone did not bump again.

GGuest UserMy wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Kombinat for one night on a quick getaway to explore Novi Sad. This hotel was perfect. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms are spa-like. Location couldn’t be better- just steps away from the main square. Best of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early and helped us to print some documents. Kombinat Cafe is right downstairs and doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommend- we will be back!

ΚΚωνσταντίνα ΚA very nice small hotel in the heart of the historic centre. It felt like home. Beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast, with lots of options. We really enjoyed it. Helpful staff as well and very reasonable price. Everything was perfect. Οικονομικό , μικρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πολης, πολύ όμορφο, μοιάζει με σπίτι. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο και πολύ ήσυχο. Ο μπουφές του πρωινου είναι εξαιρετικός! Έχει τα πάντα! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

ΓΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ ΚWe booked the hotel for one night en route to Greece. We arrived late at night but the receptionist was waiting for us as we had agreed. However, it was difficult to communicate in English... Although I had been informed that there was a private parking space (we were traveling with a full car...), I finally parked the car on the street, a fact that worried us a little. Several shops in front of the hotel, very crowded on a Saturday night. The decoration of the hotel is somewhat special, it seems to come from past decades. Nevertheless, definitely clean! We stayed in a large quadruple room. Pleasant surprise a very modern bathroom. The wifi worked satisfactorily. Strange breakfast, no buffet, there were a few pre-set alternatives and we chose one of them. Also in the reception area there was the possibility to buy souvenirs (magnets, traditional items). We were offered a 10% discount if paying in cash. In general for a short stay in Novi Sad it was a good choice without anything special.

HHUIThe location is particularly good, just in the Freedom Square, it is very convenient to go to any famous attraction. Free parking is available at the hotel, but the hotel staff is required to lead into the car park. Room facilities are relatively old, domestic two-star standard. Breakfast has oatmeal milk, juice, a variety of intestines, less species. The hair dryer needs to go to the front desk to borrow. Overall good value for money, recommended to stay.
