The hotel is located in the old town area of Novi Sad, a 5-minute walk to the church square. There is a bakery and a supermarket next to it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel reception is warm and friendly. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is delicious and full, and it is worth staying. Will come again next time I have a chance!

Our tour company chose this hotel; the location was perfect and the rooms were huge. I had only one complaint; the power shuts off when you remove your key from the bracket by the door. I support conserving energy but would appreciate a power ***** that would stay live so you could recharge devices while you were out. Good breakfast. Don’t lose your room key; a member of our group was told there would be a $25 charge.

Kind manager can help with all your questions and requests even with late check out and early check in. I has very happy to stay 17 nights at that hotel. Just under 3 km from the train station in a quiet residential area above a pizzeria. About 10 minutes walk to the Danube and the old town. Family-run hostel with single and double rooms. No dorm. Living room with small kitchen and TV. There was free fruit and biscuits and good WiFi. Older owners, nice but also a bit reserved. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Power sockets, closet and bedside table available. Unfortunately one of the two shared showers didn't work properly. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about. There's also a small smoking balcony and free city maps included.

Stopped for a few days in this hotel. Breakfast is delicious but uniform. The restaurant is not delicious. The staff is not smiling. The room price is not small. There are no single toothbrushes in the room. Sweet dresses with holes. Towels are old. Bed linen is not white, but with a worn shade. Inconvenient pillows. The wallpaper is glued (in our room on the third floor exactly). Wi-Fi only works at the receptacle. And here the most interesting. My son is studying in his line school and he had to sit on the floor because of the bad Internet on the lessons, where the respiratory and lounge zone, of course he was sitting in the earphones . And played on the tablet too in the headphones and one day the cleaner came to me and made a remark that my son was preventing the respiratory playing the tablet. And when people watched football there, drunk and yelling, they probably didn't interfere with the respiratory? ! And in general how can it be the cleaner to make a comment of the hotel ? ! Better the router repaired!!! We left the hotel the next day because of such service.

I'm afraid this is the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed in in my life. There is no service, not to mention that you have to go to the front desk by yourself wherever you go. There is no doorman service at the door. You have to go to the front desk and call the doorman for parking. We have two orders that cannot be combined to renew our stay. We must check out first and then check in again! This is the most speechless thing I have encountered! ！ ！ In short, this Sheraton is very uncomfortable! ！ ！

You know how satisfied I am with this hotel when I first arrived. The evaluation once surpassed the Moscow Hotel. Until the night there was a similar bug in the photo, and there was more than one. After eliminating three, I just wanted to fool around and deal with it for one night. It was troublesome to find the front desk to change rooms and I didn't want to move after I was tired for a day. The mentality collapsed when the fourth one appeared. Looking for the front desk to change rooms. The room we booked was originally very big, but the small room we changed later did not make up the difference. I was tired after playing for a day and didn't want to reason with them. Although the front desk gave us a bottle of red wine as compensation, I still have to give him a bad review. It really affects the mood of traveling too much. By the way, I also know that people don't do secret things. I told them at the front desk that I must complain to you. You are not eligible for five-star online reviews.

Amazing experience. We booked only 2 nights (BB),which includes use of all pools and spa facilities all day. And not only in this hotel where we booked,but as well in a sister hotel Movenpick,which is only 20min walk. 2nd hotel has 10 pools,in 3 levels, super spacious area. Staff was super welcoming wherever we go,patient,everything is very well organized. In the restaurants and bars. Service was fast and food was fresh,tasty. Food menu has different varieties,something for everyone. As well menu's were in English as well. We had short ,but lovely visit and for sure we are coming back for more.

GGuest UserMy wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

FFengtaimarcooThis hotel can be said to be the most satisfying hotel of this trip. The front of the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, the first floor is a restaurant of the same brand, and behind it is Liberty Square across a courtyard where a bar is located. The bus costs 65 dinars to the train station, and you can go to the restaurant for breakfast with your card and choose your own set meal, which is great. The waitress at the front desk was very enthusiastic. When we arrived in the morning and it was not check-in time, she helped us ask about the cleaning situation and checked in immediately. (Other cities do not have this kind of treatment.) I also helped find a taxi to Tesla Airport on the last day and converted the fare exchange rate. Later, we saw her again in Freedom Square, enthusiastically helping guests guide the way and walking a long way. The hotel is very new, and the exterior wall in picture 2 is very artistic. I feel it is more suitable for us than other hotels and B&Bs in the surrounding area. recommend!

GGuest UserWe spent overnigh in the Boutique Hotel Arta while passign through Novi Sad, Serbia. It exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a modern chique design. Room and bathroom were spotelss clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and all foods delicious. Staff speak English. The hotel has its own inside parking. Our car was parked a few steps from our door which is wonderful when you have luggae and it's so easy to move it from the car to the room. Nearby there are bakeries and pizza restaurants and take aways open until very late at night. We will definitely go back next time we pass through Novi Sad.

We organized a wedding for around 160 guests, and they provided excellent staff and service, management was fully available for advice and sharing experience, and their cuisine and ambiance were at a 5-star level. Helpful staff as well and very reasonable price. Everything was perfect. Οικονομικό , μικρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πολης, πολύ όμορφο, μοιάζει με σπίτι. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο και πολύ ήσυχο. GGuest UserMe and my family came to Novi Sad to visit her mother and father, it was first timer for me. Her friends suggested this hotel and we listened. I couldn't belive the prices, everything was so cheap. I thought we will have issues with the staff because of language, but staff was speaking perfect english and i was amazed. I had awesome time here and i can't wait to visit Novi Sad again!

HHUIThe location is particularly good, just in the Freedom Square, it is very convenient to go to any famous attraction. Free parking is available at the hotel, but the hotel staff is required to lead into the car park. Room facilities are relatively old, domestic two-star standard. Breakfast has oatmeal milk, juice, a variety of intestines, less species. The hair dryer needs to go to the front desk to borrow. Overall good value for money, recommended to stay.
