The receptionist was very welcoming, the room was large, the air conditioning was sufficient, the breakfast was rich, and the receptionist also helped to call a taxi to the airport. I went to other cities to leave my suitcase for a few days. In short, it was a good experience.

I loved this hotel! The Staff, amenities and location were top tier! The hotel itself is just beautiful and the rooms were apartment style and very spacious. The view from our room was magnificent! They provided my best friend and I with whatever we needed. I would absolutely return to this hotel. I love Sarajevo! Check out my hotel review on YouTube @GoBelindaGo. ♥️🇧🇦

This is a little out of the way but well worth staying here rather than close to the old town. The space , comfort , luxuary and welcome makes it perfect . We had two large bedrooms , two bathrooms , wonderful view with a lounge and you have the added bonus of a jacuzzi , kitchen and room service

Hotel location very good, suits space excellent, unfortunately it is not professionally managed, hotel has many facilities but not functioning, such as the pool, the gym, house keeping is terrible that they just do beds without any proper cleaning to the room. I was surprised, that they charge you 20 Euros a day for parking even you are a guest !!!

A building with barely any proper customer or trained customer service. Slow overcongested lifts, poor breakfast buffet service, and utmost terrible receptionist (the blonde one working on the computer whom is extremely rude). I seriously honestly have no idea how a normal building with understaffed in every aspect receive a 5 star review. If this hotel was in Dubai, it would not exceed a 3 star residential apartment. Where did the other stars come from? Poor service? No one answer the reception calls? It's quite funny actually how false reviews may indicate. This is a 3 star hotel at most... But the only upside is the size of the room. Bathroom cleanliness is similar to malls bathrooms. You may find feaces residue in them due to poor cleaning

Very nice place to stay, in the middle of the city, so if you want to go to Ilidza or mountains it’s just 10-15 minutes and also very near to Bascarsija but out of the crowed! Staff is very nice and helpful! They can explain where to go and what to visit! Friendly reception and concierge! They offer airport transfer with the van what is good for families! Apartments are very big and spacious! Ask for the high floor for better view! AC in the gym didn’t work that’s the only downgrade! Breakfast is ok,we didn’t try lunch and dinner because there are lots of restaurants around the city which are servings traditional Bosnian meals! All in all we will definitely visit this place again!
