First, an inexorable sequence of architectural barriers. I've been a pretty building but now declining. It misses the lift. The bathroom, see photos of another TripAdvisor review, is a nightmare. Ergonomic measures not complied with, toilet box losing, water rubin washing losing, noise among many that accompany all night. Noise of all kinds during rest hours: bathroom discharges, people on the stairs, people in other rooms: you can hear everything. Small room, obsolete furniture, covered and additional coats left on the bottom of the box; I would not even advise you to touch them, there is a dust cloud. This, as it is read in other TripAdvisor reviews, accompanied by maltraining and insolence, was accused of stealing a fantomatic key of a safe, a key and a safe that I have never seen. Business hotel posizionato appena fuori dall'outlet che si presenta bene, moderno e pulito. Tuttavia quando si apre la porta della camera si nota una grande superficialità nell'attenzione al cliente. Non so se sia stato un caso o meno ma nella mia camera mancava carta igienica, c'era il cestino della spazzatura col coperchio rotto, la scatola dei fazzoletti di carta aperta completamente vuota e il dosatore dello shampoo nella doccia completamente vuoto. Ho fatto richiesta in reception mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non hanno fatto altro che darmi in mano un rotolo di carta igienica tutto il resto è rimasto così come l'avevo trovato. Vista la categoria e il tipo di clientela che frequenta l'hotel mi sarei aspettato una reattività e una cura verso il cliente molto più pronte ed efficaci
