Located in the center, very convenient for reaching the Noventa outlet and the splendid Venice. The train station is a few minutes drive from the hotel. It definitely needs urgent renovation but overall we were satisfied with the cleanliness, courtesy and competence of all the staff. Despite boasting 3 stars, it is a shame that it does not have an elevator. I recommend a small dose of patience - to the night caretaker nice towards the guests, especially with the children. Satisfied, we will return. Thank you

First of all, an unspeakable sequence of architectural barriers. A building that was once of value but is now in decay. There is no elevator. The bathroom, see photo in another TripAdvisor review, is a nightmare. Ergonomic measures not respected, a leaky toilet tank, a leaky sink tap; noise among many others that accompanies you all night. Noises of all kinds during the hours of rest: toilet flushing, people on the stairs, people in other rooms: you can hear everything. Small room, obsolete furniture, extra blanket and pillows abandoned at the bottom of the wardrobe; I advise against even touching them, a cloud of dust rises. All this, as you read in other TripAdvisor reviews, accompanied by rudeness and insolence. I was accused of having stolen a phantom key to a safe; a key and a safe that I have never seen. To then find out that the second key that other rooms have was never attached to that key ring. My advice, if you don't find anything else, keep looking elsewhere; rather than this hotel, next time, I would sleep in the car in winter or on a bench in summer. Any other solution, for me, is always better than this one.

Personale scortese e impreparato per la gestione dei problemi, direttore moralmente scorretto. Capisco che siamo in bassa stagione e 430€ siano manna dal Cielo per loro, ma non venire incontro a un cliente che ha dato quei soldi perché doveva andare a Casale Monferrato mentre Booking l'ha indirizzato chissà perché a loro senza chiarire che l'hotel era sì Leon D'Oro, ma in Veneto, è surreale, ingiusto e a lungo andare deleterio per loro. Tanta rigidità e scorrettezza li porteranno al sicuro fallimento.

Albergo in centro ma molto datato e all'antica. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione,camera semplicissima e arredamento vecchiotto.. diciamo che è ancora tutto fermo agli anni 80. Personale educato e molto disponibile.
