We normally stay here before heading into SF…. The rooms are clean, spacious and parking is next to each room. They offer a continental breakfast in the AM but not on par with a best western. The coffee is seriously watered down. But the nightly rack rate makes up for it.

Staff not very friendly or enthusiastic. Didn’t feel appreciated at all as a customer. People checking in at all hours and talking loud, singing and slamming doors. First room I was in the fridge didn’t work and the smell was bad. Rooms not well-maintained and badly in need of an upgrade.

I had a hard day, long drive, and upon arrival the staff were friendly and said the hot tub was still open. They gave me a warm cookie which was so sweet and n my age me feel welcomed.

An older property but ran very well. I was there for work. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean I would pick here to stay again if visiting Novato

I asked for Non Smoking room when I booked … got here, first room I checked into obviously had a smoker prior to me, went and asked for another room non-smoking, desk guy was nice gave me another room, that room too was Smoke smelling … only here one night so I will deal with it … lights in room are dim … Days Inn corporate needs to renovate this hotel or raze it … would not stay here again

The room was on the first floor with a handicap rail in the shower, as we requested.
But there was a 1 and 1/2 inch roach on the wall in the room. We have never had this happen previously in any of the hotels, airBNB's etc that we have stayed at. I reported it to management and we were gone all day. When we returned to our room it smelled like they sprayed with insecticide. We never saw the roach again.
