Nova Lima Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel muito bem localizado, com bares, restaurantes e cafeterias perto. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários ótimos, educados, fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo funcionário Nelson na hora do check in, prestativo e eficiente. Minha única ressalva é o banheiro do quarto, muito pequeno, e a água do box não tinha vazão.

We were attended by Jessica Dias with great education and sympathy, and it was efficient, clear in the explanations, very smart. Houve problema com ar condicionado, temperatura externa não estava elevada por isso não interferiu na avaliação da estadia. Atendimento recepcionista e café da manhã ímpar, ficamos bastante satisfeitos. Parabéns!

Excellent service, excellent location, very comfortable bedroom and beautiful view of the city. This very complete breakfast and the swimming pool in these hot days was essential. Surely one of the best hotels I've ever been.

Excellent cost/benefit, good location, tired breakfast, comfortable room and bathroom, excellent service, especially Jeny. They indicated the transport service of Wilter Pereira Santos, Differencial company, to visit historic cities, city tour, airport translation and shopping . In addition to comfortable and safe cars, the service is excellent and attentive and full of tourist information. All under measure. Super recommendation. It also provides services for those who need to make shopping in the wholesale.

It was a shock for my boyfriend , so Brenda's sympathy won me soon and even helped me in the process (doesn't have a price to pay to be welcomed like that) in a world full of prejudices. When he arrived in the room , a wall that divides room in the room , and allows TV to turn , i.e. during the evening TV in the room , and rain falls in the night , asked for bed and a good film . The bathroom was sensational , had sabón and shampoo the will , a wonderful shower . What I like most in hotels are breakfast , I have photo collections kkkk , I can say I surprised with the fruit table, out of the food options , so much that this time I could not prove everything kkkk , so much that they were the options . Comfort , location , easy to go and come , and service 10/10 . If I want to come back more times? Yes or clearly .

I stayed at Max Savassi in the night of the reveillon and the next days. The hotel is wonderful as always. Perfect service, from the booking to the check out. I took my dog with me, was super well received, little bureaucracy and simple as it should be. Even in the night of reveillon we were super well-served (government and reception) and we asked for a lunch at the restaurant that was also divine and at a great price. The hotel is clearly following safety protocols for COVID and everything was perfectly hygienic and sterilized in the room, breakfast and reception. I would like to emphasise the brilliant and differential care of Keila in the reservation and during my hosting.

My stay at the Mecure was great. The rooms are of great quality clean. Great bed. I had an extended stay and was offered a great room, good views with a separate little living area and balcony. The breakfast at the Coffee Shop Experience great as well. Spread is good including regional food. Thank you Yessica, Kaylane, Vivian, Daniela, Daniele and Michael. Excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel and safe to walk around.

In December 2022 we stayed at Village Savassi for the second time. The hotel is good, very well located, close to everything. Satisfactory breakfast, has those basic items found in every hotel. Cleaning, kitchen and manager Carol staff were very friendly. However, we noticed that there is no maintenance there. The sink in our bathroom was blocked (apt 1004) and there was a leak from the tail of one of the taps that dripped straight down, filling the floor with water. The phone has poor contact, every time we need to use it we have to try other positions for it to reach the line. The door key kept getting stuck, getting stuck, until the day it wouldn't open anymore and we were left out. We found out from an employee that most of the room locks are like this. The employee responsible for the repairs managed to unclog the sink but did not fix the leak. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very soft. HOWEVER, IT IS WITH RESPECT THAT WE DECIDED NEVER TO STAY THERE AGAIN, AS LONG AS KLEBER, A NIGHT WORKER AT THE RECEPTION, CONTINUES TO WORK THERE. DURING MY 65 YEARS OF AGE, HAVING ALREADY STAYED IN MORE THAN 60 HOTELS AND INNS ACROSS BRAZIL, I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS BADLY TREATED AS I WAS BY THIS CITIZEN. THIS IS A COMPLETELY UNBALANCED PERSON, WITHOUT ANY PREPARATION TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, HIS RUDENESS EXCEEDS THAT OF A HORSE, ARROGANT, AGGRESSIVE, ILL EDUCATED AND DOESN'T RESPECT THE ELDERLY. MY DESIRE WAS TO CALL THE POLICE TO SEE IF THEY COULD STOP HIM WITH THE SEQUENCE OF SCREAMS AND BRUTALITY. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS WRONG, BECAUSE HE LEFT US OUTSIDE FOR SEVERAL MINUTES, IN THE RAIN, WITHOUT OPENING THE GARAGE, HE DISCONTROLLEDLY INSULTED ME TO THE POINT THAT I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO HIT ME. HE HAD THE ACCENT TO TELL ME: ”IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED, TAKE YOUR BAGS AND LEAVE”, AMONG OTHER AGGRESSIONS. HE MUST SURELY SUFFER FROM SOME PSYCHIATRIC PATHOLOGY. IT IS NEVER USED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH EDUCATION, WITH GUESTS, WHO ARE PAYING DEARLY FOR ACCOMMODATION. I'M STILL THINKING ABOUT TAKING ACTION AGAINST THE HOTEL, IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A RETREAT FOR THE MORAL HARASSMENT AND THE MISTREATMENT WE RECEIVED FROM THIS BRUTALITY. THERE IS A CAMERA AT THE RECEPTION THAT RECORDED THE ENTIRE AGGRESSION. WE LEFT THERE SHOCKED. DO NOT STAY THERE IF EMPLOYEE KLEBER IS STILL ON THE STAFF.

Breakfast was quite generous. Traveling around is quite convenient. The hotel rooms are generally neat and tidy. The room was bigger than expected. Suitable for business stay. Will choose a new home next time.
