Hotel bem localizado, quarto espaçoso. Ar condicionado de encaixe bem barulhento. Não possui serviço de quarto. No banheiro possui sabão líquido que estava vazio, tive que usar um meu que levo como back-up. Para jantar precisa e ao restaurante ao lado da recepção. Experimentei um macarrão bastante salgado. Ao pagar, fui informado que a máquina estava com problema para emitir o cupom fiscal, contudo foi dito que estarei disponível ao fazer o check-out. Não estava.

Estive no hotel durante o final de semana e estou encantado em todos os aspectos. A localização é privilegiada. Nova Lima é incrível e o hotel fica em um ponto bem estratégico. A experiência é incrível desde a reserva até o checkout! Equipe atenciosa, recepção calorosa, quartos impecáveis! E o café da manhã? Que delícia! O típico café da manhã mineiro que é conhecido pela fartura! As facilidades em volta do hotel são inúmeras. Voltarei mais vezes com toda certeza

Hotel com pessoal educado, mas não atencioso. - Recepção fria e impessoal. - Restaurante com poucas opções de cardápio. Por exemplo: o Macarrão estava frio. - Tempo de resposta a alguns pedidos muito lento. Exemplos de descuido no hotel: algumas pinturas de elevadores descuidadas; os 3 relógios que marcam horas das diferentes cidades do mundo literalmente marcam a hora certa, mas os minutos diferentes, com diferenças de 10 minutos. Isso não é detalhe ou acessório, é FALTA DE ATENÇÃO AOS DETALHES. - Definitivamente, não é um hotel de classe mundial, e nem de classe regional. Talvez seja um hotel de bairro! - Serviço é feito de detalhes, e não somente de educação! Há muitas coisas para melhorar. Como sugestão, formar os colaboradores no serviço e não somente no atendimento. Atendimento é cumprir ou dar um plantão para cumprir uma escala. Serviço é ir além, é realmente estar focado em SERVIR.

O quarto tem um ótimo espaço e possui dois dispositivos de ar condicionado para manter bem geladinho o ambiente. Ótima iluminação e ventilação natural. Café da manhã delicioso, bem completo. Localização muito boa, local bem atendido por aplicativos de transportes e táxi.
