Eu e minha família hospedamos para o Reveillon. Checkin dia 31/12/23 e fomos informados que o restaurante funcionaria até as 21:00 para pedidos. Íamos para uma festa. Descemos para o restaurante e fizemos o pedido as 19:00. O pedido saiu apenas as 23:00. Uma completa bagunça. O restaurante Santa Fé que atende a rede de hotéis dispensou vários funcionários deixando para tender todo o hotel que estava com ocupação máxima apenas 3 pessoas na cozinha (novatas) e 2 garçons. Os funcionários bem educados, estavam exaustos, choraram com grosseria e estresse de hospedes e ainda pediram desculpas. Caótico. O hotel e o restaurante sabiam do caos prévio, da lotação e ainda sim dispensaram funcionários. No dia seguinte apesar de dizerem que estava tudo regularizado, só tinha frango ou peixe. Não havia pessoas na noite do dia 31/12 para limpeza. Na recepção, Sr. Luis apoiou cada necessidade. Brilhante atendimento da Sra. Sandra e das cozinheiras, Sra. Maria, e do outro garçom Sr. Fernando. Seguraram o nervoso da situação e com bom humor souberam conduzir o caos. Na recepção do dia seguinte ficaram 2 pessoas nem tão acessíveis e nem tão educadas como na noite do caos.

I was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.
