The location for hiking was excellent. Place was very nice and clean and staff were helpful. Overall, great place in the area.

From the pillows, to the duvets and even the bathrobes for the SPA, all in polyester!! The new bathroom with a nice shower but no bidet! In the room 2 apples and a kettle without any sachets for herbal teas or anything else... The towels for the little ones shower. The eating is not traditional and there is little choice. If this depends on the low season it is better to stay closed.

We stayed this summer, we had a very good time. The structure is very well looked after and both the service and the cuisine are first rate. Just the organization needs to be reviewed a little... a small hitch on booking the massages but which was resolved without any problems in the end. The SPA part is really very welcoming and well looked after and the room is also of a high standard. I recommend going there, it's really worth it.

Recechmacher's rose garden deserves a 4 star rating! First-class hotel, excellent cuisine from the breakfast buffet to dinner. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and also very dog-friendly. Absolutely peaceful location!

I'm very sorry to have to write this review as the holiday went well, albeit not very well, but I would have given it a few more points. The problem is that I have been waiting for a month for the refund of 850 euros (!!!) mistakenly charged to the card I had inserted when booking as a guarantee, even though we had already paid the total amount of the stay by bank transfer! When I asked on the spot they told me that they have to wait for the administration (which is external), they guaranteed me a refund the following Monday and the bank transfer didn't arrive and now they no longer respond to emails... I'm considering going to the police! For the rest the hotel is pleasant and the staff very courteous, BUT the electric car charging station is a joke, it is there but it doesn't work due to amperage problems (so they shouldn't advertise it on the site in my opinion!) and there is no bathroom in the bathroom. 'it's the bidet. Considering everything but above all the lack of seriousness in cash management, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

For dinner I ordered a glass of Chardonnay which cost €4.50, half an hour later my husband ordered a Gas Chardonnay which cost €5.00.

After calling the reception to activate at least the services included in the Private SPA package and not receiving a response, we decided to leave 15 minutes after our arrival. If there had been no alternatives I would have paid without problems because I had the unexpected event. But throwing away €558 when a solution could have been found with a little attention to the customer is annoying. Irritating. Obviously the moral baseness of these individuals was further confirmed by the fact that they did not even write off the part of the share relating to the 3/4 pension.
