Bom dia,estou indignado com o que me aconteceu esse fds,tudo que planejei foi por água a baixo,me hospedaram em um quarto,depois d 5 horas me pediram para eu ir para outro quarto aonde não tinha sequer um balcão para eu comer com minha namorada,cortina caída,um fedor de fossa dentro do apartamento,frigobar sujo,estarei entrando no reclame aqui, infelizmente falando de vocês por que vocês que me venderam a hospedagem fora que não foi comunicado em momento algum que a piscina não estava em funcionamento, esperando uma resposta ou uma compensação antes de fazer algo,eu paguei pelo o serviço e quero o serviço correto,como nas outras vezes.

Cheguei para fazer o check in em torno de 21h e foi bem rápido e tranquilo, o atendente não foi muito simpático mas entendo o lado dele, era dia dos namorados e já estava no final do dia. Após isso peguei o elevador e fui para o quarto. Chegando lá estava tudo bem organizado e limpo, ducha boa, bastante forte, o banheiro faz um barulho por causa dos dutos, mas nada que incomode ao fechar a porta, ar condicionado ok também, único ponto negativo foi o frigobar estar vazio, mas eles deixam bem claro quando entregam o papel na recepção que é preciso pedir a bebida e que se preferir, pode trazer bebidas.
Por fim, o café da manhã foi delicioso, é servido no 19º andar com bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho. (não sei como é se for servido no quarto).
Não aproveitamos a piscina, novamente estava escrito no papel que na segunda-feira era dia de manutenção, nisso demos azar.
Por fim, recomendo o hotel, não tive problemas.
